Hola Beaches is a beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA, ground-floor Spanish-style condo located in the quiet neighborhood of Tivoli in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This lovely unit is just a short walk from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. The master suite features a luxurious king bed and access to the screened-in patio. For extra sleeping room in the master suite, there is a day bed with a twin trundle! Attached to the master is a private en-suite bathroom complete with a chic double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a jetted, soaking tub. In the first guest bedroom, you will find a king bed and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has generous closet space and a private bath. This unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! You will love the easy access to this ground-floor condo with no stairs to climb after a long day at the beach! Enjoy the community pools, and of course, the fabulous Sandestin amenities! There is a beach wagon available to carry belongings to and from the beach for your convenience. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
