"Place was fantastic and location was soooooo close to the beach. We had a small issue with the AC but it was resolved quickly and efficiently! The only thing I would recommend changing is adding a screen on the master deck door so that we could leave the doors open. They did end up changing the bedrooms around a little bit so there was only one king bed with the ensuite, but it worked for our group. Honestly nothing to complain about."

"Our family just came back from a week stay and we had the most wonderful time. The beach is steps from the house and my word what a beautiful beach. The Only thing was there was no broom and mop so we had to buy those things for the house. Would definitely reccomended"

"The Holiday House was a great location for all our needs. We had a large group, and the bedrooms worked out great! The kitchen served us well as our breakfast buffet, bar and hangout. The view and all the amenities were exactly what our group needed, and there was plenty of parking for motorcycles, two trucks and two trailers if you are looking to attend the Thunder Beach event! We hope to grab this location again in the Fall!"

"Summer 2022 Vacation - We had a great time. The house has a great layout that worked very well for us. It’s a very short walk to the public beach access. Tons of room on the beach to set up our tent, etc.
We also brought bikes and was able to ride right several local attractions."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. All we could wish for and so much more!!! - This was truly a great rental house!!! It had top notch amenities and decor to enjoy along with plenty of space. The upstairs loft bedroom with jacuzzi and porch are awesome! The best is the back porch with wonderful seating to enjoy the evenings. The beach is literally steps away so it was super convenient to relax at the home and pop in and out of the beach. Also a super great location for many good restaurants on this end of the island. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting this home."

"We will only stay here when in Panama City, Fla!! - I’ve traveled around the world and this place is one of the best. First the location is perfect, just 30 steps to a spectacular beach! This lovely home is very well appointed. It's updated decor, very clean and with gorgeous furniture!
One of the best features is the Master bedroom balcony with view of the beach!!! The master has my personal favorite feature of a wonderful large bathtub!
Could it get any better than that? Actually yes, the comfy quality bedding.

"Perfect Vacation Spot! - This was such an wonderful place to stay and the location couldn't be any better! The house was beautifully decorated/furnished, very clean and exactly as described. I loved the master bedroom upstairs with a little private balcony to sit outside in the mornings and drink coffee. There's tons of space for everyone inside, plus a large fenced in yard and area to hangout and relax outside. It is literally just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to some good restaurants, too. It felt like a little home away from home. We can't wait to come back!!"

"Great space - This home has ample room, top notch furniture and great outside spaces including a screened in porch, an outside eating area (Pavillion) and a lovely 2nd story deck. Also featured a fully fenced in yard and just houses down from public beach access point. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and truly felt at home and comfortable.
