This condo offers a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a twin and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. There is also a washer and dryer for the convenience of the guest!  Take a stroll to the beach, chill by one of the 4 pools, play a game of tennis on the courts, or a round of mini golf! You can rent beach chair and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

As of 12/20/23 parking pass prices for up to 2 vehicles are $25/each for stays of less than 10 days and $50/each for guests staying longer than 10 days. Wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 5 and they are $20/each for stays of less than 7 days and $40/each for guests staying longer than 7 days. These prices may be subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be displayed in the online registration system provided at the time of booking.
