Welcome to Horizon South, located less than 3 miles from Pier Park, this gated family-friendly community puts you in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with loads of entertainment options. Amenities include 4 outdoor pools (1 heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis courts, laundry facilities, shuffleboard courts, onsite minigolf, and much more! The clubhouse boasts pool tables, a fitness room, and complimentary Wi-Fi for guests. Private beach access can be found next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. Private Beach Access is next to Sandpiper Beacon Resort! You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

Parking passes and wristbands are required and can be obtained at the Security Office. The Security Office is located to the right of the clubhouse, next to the entrance to the pool.
