This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, twin hall bunk beds, sleeper sofa in the living room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. Private beach access can be found next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. Private Beach Access is next to Sandpiper Beacon Resort! You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

As of 12/20/23 parking pass prices for up to 2 vehicles are $25/each for stays of less than 10 days and $50/each for guests staying longer than 10 days. Wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 5 and they are $20/each for stays of less than 7 days and $40/each for guests staying longer than 7 days. These prices may be subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be displayed in the online registration system provided at the time of booking.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
