"Family vacation - Loved the property and vacationing with young adult children can be challenging, they all had plenty of things to do and the accomodations were wonderful. Rented extra chairs and umbrellas and a paddle board and those were a big hit with the kids!! Will be back!"

"Great Stay on 30A! - This condo was perfect for our family! The access to the beach, with the pool right there, was perfect for the ages of our children, and it was walkable to all best restaurants/places in Blue Mountain. There was room to spare! We have 3 young children, and could have easily fit another 2 people (grandparents- "wink wink"). Cute decor and huge balcony! We would come back here for sure!"

"Fantastic, will definitely book again - This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location of Blue Mt Beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and even more spacious than the photos in my opinion. The beach was so much less crowded than the nearby condo units. My teenagers biked everywhere (even to Seaside every night), played a lot of basketball, worked out, and enjoyed the hot tub and pool! The beach attendant called us by name and did a superb job with our every day beach setup, but also with our beach bonfire which I highly recommend doing. I highly recommend renting this unit!"

"Family beach trip - Great place to stay and plenty of room for all of our family! Very close to the beach and easy access. The only thing we didn’t realize is that personal tents/ canopies are not allowed on this stretch of beach. Only umbrellas are allowed. The umbrella and chair rental guys were very nice and you get 1 umbrella and 2 chairs complementary with the rental. We wound up renting extra umbrellas for our bigger family for $15 each per day. Great time!!"

"Great trip - Really enjoyed our time in Blue Mountain Beach and this rental was everything we were looking for. It was a short stay (4 days) but the rental accomodated 3 families with small children very comfortably. Would absolutely return and stay again."

"6 teenagers and myself - This location is my top fav! Blue Mountain is only a 4 story condo, the private beach is never too busy and in the evenings we get it all to ourselves most of the time.
I was waiting for the check in email...it never came so I called real joy..he stayed on the phone with me until I signed the contract (guess I missed that part somehow) and then made sure we got in.
There were little bottles of shampoo and such as well as toilet paper to get us started which was nice.
The door code stopped working on day 2, but I called and they fixed it within minutes.
Walking to the Blue Mountain Ice cream store is one of our fav past times.
Beds were comfortable. Fridge was an awesome size!"

"Beach vacation - The property was exactly as advertised and right on the beach which was beautiful. We weren’t prepared for the amount of traffic and time it takes to travel to Destin (about an hour) just keep that in mind if you plan to be in Destin often."

"Our stay - Couldn’t have been better! Amazing room, proximity and access to beach, and process of check-in and check-out. Great community too.
When we had any issues, the staff with the complex helped in a friendly and prompt fashion.
Even the wifi worked great! That’s a first on a trip for us.
Only thing we might recommend, if you have light sleepers you might want to bring some sort of blackout shades it gets kinda bright in the rooms early.
Otherwise it was top notch! We really feel lucky to have found the place and would recommend to all."

"Wonderful experience - The condo exceeded our expectations! There were 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child), and the condo had plenty of room. The space was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. The location was absolutely perfect."

"Great beach condo! - We had a great relaxing vacation. There was 7 of us and the unit, which was well equipped, handled that easily. The pool/hot tub deck offered great views of the ocean and a relaxing spot to read books or play cards. Down one set of steps and you're on the beautiful white sandy beach, where you can walk for miles. We rented bikes for the week and the bike trail is only two blocks away. You can ride to many restaurants, shops, and a couple state parks. Even though it was Christmas break, it was not too busy.
There is a coded access to the parking garage, bldg., pool deck, beach and unit. At first, that was a little tricky to figure out, but after a day, it came easily.
We loved it, and would definitely go back!"

"This place was amazing. Exceeded expectations. Plenty of room. The balcony was our favorite spot. And even though we didn't have a beach view, it was a few feet away. Walking distance. Maybe 2 min walk. U can hear the ocean from the balcony. There's also a hose at the entry of the parking level to rinse off. Very convenient. There's several pots, pans and kitchen utensils for the guests to use. The 3 full bathroom were definitely a plus. Besides the balcony, my 2nd favorite part was the jacuzzi tub in the master BR. 🥰. There's a broom and vaccum, of course the sand finds its way in. Only thing I would liked to have been different, is the toilet area in the master. The BR is spacious but the toilet area doesn't have a privacy door. It's in a corner. If I'm on the toilet and someone walks in on me to shower or bathe, then they can see all of me sitting there. But, some people may not mind that. I'm just a really private person when it comes to that. Esp during certain times of the mth. Overall, I would definitely stay again. It's worth the money. And the location is perfect. It's between Destin and Panama. Which I love both places. Now I have a new favorite. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and keep the info for future reference. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 JOB WELL DONE ON THIS CONDO!!👍🏾👍🏾"

"Beautiful Place - We were there for July 4th, pool was too small to accommodate guests. There was a slight issue with getting pass codes sent out on Saturday. Condo was spacious and well furnished for visiting with my family. Beach was beautiful!!"

"First vacation at Santa Rosa - Overall our experience was great. The codes for all doors and gates didn't work. Luckily the security guy was available to tell us what code to use. The entrance and exit are very tight with a larger SUV."

"Everything about this condo was great. We had an issue with the tv in the living room and the guest bedroom...all we did was make a phone call and they got right on it. We had plenty of room. The condo was beautifully decorated. We loved the beach theme. It was stylish and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We took advantage of both on the couple of windy chilly days that we had. The short walk to the beach was wonderful too. The only thing that could have made it better was if an umbrella and beach chairs were included in the condo package."

"Wonderful Place - Our family, 9 plus 1 baby, decided to take a family vacation and could not have found a better place to stay! So clean and absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures so there were no surprises or let downs! We were given all our information via email so we did not feel rushed to meet anyone at a specific time or in a specific place. We were able to just come and go as we pleased day to day. If you choose to stay here you will not leave disappointed!"
