"Klaus house 2 - Beautiful property, the shower in the second bathroom wouldn’t change temps, the stairs definitely need to be wider or you will fall down them, my 17 year old daughter did but the property is beautiful, the house had enough room for all of us and I loved the ease of walking out onto the beach. It was a fantastic trip and would definitely stay again!"

"Amazing location - Had some things break or were broken when we checked in, but maintenence was easy to contact and fixed everything quickly. The view was amazing from both floors. Could have been stocked with more toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels for a family staying a week."

"Great Location - The location is great. The house floorplan worked well for our family. 3 bathrooms was nice. Outdoor patio is nice with part covered and part open. Patio furniture was not real comfortable but adequate. The kitchen is nice, but I could not have cooked much for family of 6 with the small pots and pans"

"Awesome Location - Let me start by saying I would rent this location again. The location is great. My past VRBO experience is with 30+ homes in the Midwest and West. This is obviously a vacation rental. If you go you need to expect needing sponges, washing clothes, spices, decent pots and pans. We had cockroaches every day. Just 1 or 2. The furniture, as others have mentioned, is not very comfortable. Attention to detail like light bulbs out, dishwasher rack missing rollers, sinks missing stoppers, shower temps off, clothes dryer not working (but fixed quickly) all suggest a lackadaisical approach to renter comfort. But the location trumps all. We loved staying here but it could be better."

"Walk to the beach, no elevators - Older unit but had been remodeled. Comfortable and really enjoyed not having to fight to get an elevator. Townhouse with just steps to the beach. Loved the firepit area and the incredible sunsets."

"Great place to stay - I booked Klaus 1&2 for my family and they really enjoyed it. The property is in a great place, close to everything you need. It’s right on the beach and it’s private so you don’t have to worry about the crowds. Most of all it was a great feeling knowing that you didn’t have to wait in the long elevator lines, you’re in a great spot that’s clean and comfortable for your family."

"Great location and condo - We stayed during a busy spring break but didn’t have to deal with crowds on the roads or on the beach. It was so nice to be able to grab the towel and walk right out to the beach whenever we wanted especially since the weather was of and on. Whenever the sun peaked through out we went. When the clouds and wind got to be too much, we’d just walk back into the townhouse and wait for the sun.
The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were all very nice. The living room furniture was awful as many other people mentioned. The patio furniture was also pretty uncomfortable.
Overall it was wonderful and we will stay here again after the furniture is upgraded."

"Spring break with two teenagers - Renting and checkin was seamless. The place was very nice and super convenient to the beach. We used the fire pit on the cool nights which was really great. The couch was super uncomfortable which we read in a past review but it worked fine for our purposes. Really nice. Check out was easy with not too many requirements. Great stay"

"Quick trip to panama - The house is a great location and right on the beach. Few things why we chosen this place to stay, on beach. Fire pit. Grill. And location. The grill was a little disappointing as it wasn’t working. But we went ahead and cleaned all the burners and got it working. Biggest bummer was the interior living room furniture. I wish it was a little more comfy and not so outdoorsy. Over all we had a great time!"

"As Advertised. - Pros:
-Really an excellent location, right on the beach walk to grocery store/restaurants.
-Fast response from owners to questions/concerns.
-Clean modern unit.
Cons:
-Couches were very uncomfortable
-Door opens to busy road. A concern really only for families with small children.
Two (small) critiques/suggestions:
1) There is no deadbolt on the front door - just a handle lock. Guests with toddlers who can open doors may have to barricade the door because it opens up directly to a very busy road.
2) As a few other reviews have stated - the living room furniture is VERY uncomfortable. The entire unit is quite nicely appointed, but unfortunately the couches are a big exception. A nice ‘L’ shaped sectional would not only be more comfortable, but would dramatically open up the space in the living room."

"Perfect location - Amenities were great, location was perfect, overall amazing vacation spot. We just grilled out and ate delicious food while watching the sunset over the ocean every night. Fantastic vacation. Property is clean and very cozy. Beach access is literally down some stairs. Highly recommend this place! We’ll be coming back to this exact unit."

"Perfect house for a great beach vacation - If your looking for a great beachfront townhouse with easy access to the gulf, this is a perfect option. Townhouse has a lot of upgraded appliances in the kitchen and showers. Owner put a lot of attention into the details of the home.

"Location was superb - Loved the location of this townhome. It was easy to park and bring in your groceries. Also it is so nice to have direct beach access! However the modern furnishings were a bit cold. I didn't get a comfy vibe. Personally, I didn't prefer the couches as they were uncomfortable. Also the kitchen only has the bare minimum on pots/pans/utensils, etc. The TVs and electronics in the house was awesome. The bathroom with rain-fall shower heads were amazing! The outdoor decks were great and the perfect spot to watch the sunsets!"

"Right on the Beach! - This is a great location. It is directly on the beach which made it really easy with an 8 and 11 year old. We could easily pop up a tent and take everything down and be done for the day. It was convenient to even run out for lunch and come right back without having to pack up on the beach. Everything was clean except the bunk beds were still pretty sandy. You have everything you need in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The only upgrade I would suggest is the futon couches are miserable to relax on. They are good if you need the space for extra guest to sleep but impossible to sit and watch tv on. They are so hard. The good thing is each room has a large TV so at night when you do want to wind down and watch a little tv before bed each room has their own. We would rent this condo again. The location and no hassle of elevators and hauling luggage was awesome. You park your car right at the front door! Thank you we will be back."
