Welcome to a unique experience in beach front Klaus House #3! It is just steps off the back Deck to the Gulf of Mexico and a short drive to Pier Park, 30A, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor. This beach front town home is located in one of the most desirable locations in all of Panama City Beach; just 12 miles from the Panama City airport (ECP, serviced by Delta and Southwest Airlines), on Front Beach Road, 1 mile from the popular Pier Park outdoor mall with stores, restaurants, movie and IMAX cinema and night life! Just across the street are dining options at the Boar's Head, frozen custard shop, Pizza Hut, Sunsations beach store, and in easy walking distance, Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and even a British pasty eatery. Enjoy golf courses, St. Andrews State Park. and amusement attractions in the area.
The first thing you'll notice as you enter the spacious main level is the gulf views straight out the glass sliders and the tile flooring on this level. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a refrigerator with french doors with icemaker, and granite counter tops on the eat in bar that seats 2. Your chef will love the view! The living room features cozy furnishings that include a sleeper sofa, built ins and a flatscreen Tv, Streaming services only. There is a full bath with a shower on this level. The outdoor space on the main level features two lounges and a dining table set with umbrella along with what you are here for, being steps from the sand!
The beach-side deck is equipped with loungers, a dining set with umbrella, a ceramic charcoal grill, outdoor shower and fabulous SUNSETS!
Take the stairs to the upper level and you will find two bedrooms. The Gulf Front Master features a King size bed, Flatscreen Tv w/ streaming only, access to a Gulf Front balcony with two chairs. Between the two bedrooms is a large bath, with a tub/shower combination for perfect relaxation, wall mounted hair dryer and large vanity. the Queen bedroom faces Front Beach Rd, has a Flatscreen Tv w/ streaming only, juliet balcony and adjoins the bath as well. This unique home sleeps 6 guests.

"Perfect family getaway! - The property was perfect! Perfect easy beach access! The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great! The new deck out back was fabulous! We loved the grill and the outdoor table was big enough to seat our family. Property management was super to work with and took care of any needs we had. My kids had the best time! We loved meeting the neighbors and their dog. Without a doubt, we will be back and are already looking into booking for 2022! Thanks for such a great stay and amazing memories made!"

"Great little townhouse just a few steps from the beach - This property looks just as pictured. It was clean and had the everything we needed for the week. The beds are comfortable too. It was super close to a few restaurants and Winn Dixie is a few blocks down the way. There are balconies off of both bedrooms and the sunset is AMAZING! The only thing that was a bummer is the deck is very uneven and prickly. I couldn't let my one-year-old grandson play out there. There is actually a sign on the patio that reads you must wear shoes on the deck. It's also attached to your neighbors on both sides so there is no privacy at all. Both our neighbors were quiet and nice so it wasn't a big deal. But other than that, it was a great little place."

"Great Stay - Loved this Townhome. Right on the beach with modern upgrades. If you are a smoker , this is NOT the place for as you will have to walk to the beach or across the street. "Excellent stay - The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. Our only complaints were very minor - the 2nd bedroom headboard squeaks when it moves, but this was easily fixed with a pillow behind it, and the deck could use an umbrella to protect from the sun. But overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely consider staying here or in another of your properties again."

"Perfect location! - Just a few minutes away from Pier Park and the chaos of tourism, making this a perfect little get away so you aren't surrounded by the crowded beaches and basically have your own little private beach (although it is still public access). There were a few minor issues, things out of the control of the property manager, and all were taken care of and communicated with smoothly. Even had the honor of meeting the owner who helped me out with the grill! Thanks for having us again."

"Great location! - We have stayed in many different places at Panama City Beach. This townhouse has probably been our favorite vacation rental. It is located just outside all of the congested areas at Panama City Beach, yet still very close to anything we needed. We were able to park right outside of our door and step right off the deck onto the beach. There were no elevators to wait on, no parking across the street in a parking garage, and no long treks to the beach. We brought our teenage daughter and two of her friends on this trip. They enjoyed the beach and being able to walk to nearby shops. In addition, the owner and the property managers were very friendly and helpful."

"Slice of Heaven - We had a great time! Took our four teenagers and the size/location was perfect. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the beach and loved that I didn't have to cross a street or pack up and drive to the beach. The unit is lovely looking. The stretch of beach was quiet...which we loved and the colors of the water are breathtaking. The kids loved the stores in walking distance. (groceries, souvenirs, ice cream)
Would recommend to anyone who needs a getaway. Our time there was healing. Very thankful for our time there."

"Amazing!! - The location was perfect! Drive a few minutes away and you are in the center of the tourist attractions! Far enough away to not have to deal with the large crowds on the beach. Was peaceful and quiet most of the time. Grocery store is a minute drive away and the house had everything you need for cooking!
The view from both the patios (out the master bedroom upstairs and the living room) had great views of the beach/ocean and only steps away from the beach off the back patio. The upstairs bath had a wonderful multi-jet tub, great to soak in after a long day.
Jill was an amazing host and was easily available to answer any questions.
Truly was perfect, the pictures don't do this home justic. I will be back!!"
