"Perfect! - This place is great in every way. Everything was as described or better. Bikes are easy to ride. Location is perfect. We were unsure about being that far from the beach (we ALWAYS stay right on the beach) but we ended up loving it. We had teens, 40ish parents and 65 yo Gran-- 5 stars from everyone!
Although kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and gadgets you will need to bring your own foil, wrap, etc. Also, there isn't any kind of spray disinfectant or wipes for the kitchen. We had to run grab some while we were preparing to cook fish and realized there was nothing there to use."

"Great location, easy walk to the beach. Directly across from the pool which was helpful with small kids. Loved that they provided bikes. Would have been nice if they provided extra trash bags and towels knowing that we were a group of 8 and that there was an issue with the washer right before we arrived (which they were nice to notify us about upon checkin)...overall though it was wonderful and we would consider staying there again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Knot on Call. The place was clean, welcoming & in a great location. Host was responsive and easy to work with if we had questions. Had most everything you’d need with the exception of basic kitchen items like salt& pepper and spices. On a very nice street, minutes away from the beach and lots to explore. The bikes were a big bonus for us, we really enjoyed riding around to explore."

"Clean and very nice rental. Every room has a tv! Even though we didn’t use the personal one.
A quiet, friendly and great location. We usually stay in Ft. Walton/Destin area and it was nice to have less traffic.
The bikes were a perfect addition to the place for us to ride to go get ice cream or to the beach. We had a flat tire but the response time and repair was pretty impeccable for us to get out and enjoy good weather.
The only downside is that we felt like we exhausted our nearest dining options pretty quickly, but we weren’t afraid to go “into town.”
Will absolutely come back again!"

"Wow! Everything about Knot on Call was amazing. The house was super comfortable for our two families. The kitchen was fully stocked and met all our cooking needs. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The teens loved riding bikes to the shops, the beach and hanging at the pool. The adults enjoyed hours on the beach, riding bikes and relaxing on the back patio. We recommend the Spooky Lane Beach Access just to the east of the Ed Walline Regional Access as it was less crowded. For dinner, check out Local Catch and for a fun filled evening of games try The Grove. Definitely hit Shrimpers for super fresh and delicious seafood. Real Joy was great, we had a small problem with a fire alarm and they responded immediately to fix the problem after hours!"

"One word- Perfect! First The location was perfect. The beach was so close. Easy quick walk or 90 seconds to drive. The house was so clean and comfortable. I loved the thoughtfulness that was put into the space. The decor was superb. The setup on each room was well thought out. The bathroom in each room was a plus. My favorite space was the balcony off the master bedroom.
My family of 8 was more than comfortable.
It's secluded enough to feel private, but still close to all the shopping spots. The bikes werec such a fun addition. The kitchen has everything you need to cook ( just be sure you have all you need like spices for example For your recipes). All i can say is, I will definitely be back."

"This house is absolutely adorable and has so much space! Plenty of room for the whole family to hang out and we were able to cook almost all of our meals in the large kitchen all week. The walk to the beach was easy even with toddlers and everyone enjoyed the pool right across the street. Easy access to a grocery store and whatever shopping you would want to do. "Overall Location!! Reason we would come back to this home would be location. You have Publix less than 10min away, Beach is literally less than 3min away. You have local restaurants, you can walk for Ice cream . Home worked out very well for our big family not having to wait on showers every room has its (OWN) full bathroom. Washer and Dryer, even tho the dryer might be a lil outdated. We had to dry our clothes more than twice . Neighborhood is nice and quite."

"We had a great time at this house! The walk is less than 10 minutes to the beach and on a sidewalk once you leave the neighborhood. RealJoy communicated well with us, especially upon arrival they answered any questions we had. I would recommend and stay here again."

Those of you reading this review, if you’re looking for a chair rental, 30 a shade rents beach chairs at the closest beach access. I had trouble finding that information. There is not as much shopping or dining in the immediate area as I was expecting, but it’s not far to get to those places."

"Knot on Call was the perfect house for a large group. We had several toddlers and adults and there was adequate space for everyone. The pool is within just steps from the house which was a life saver. The beach is just an easy walk for most. Having several toddlers and all the beach gear was a little tricky so we drove down a couple times instead of walking. The house had everything we needed, even had beach chairs and equipment in the shed out back. Maintenance has to come fix a couple issues but ehe maintenance guy was extremely nice and helpful. Managements responses through Air BnB were very disappointing. I had a very difficult time before our trip communicating through the website. However, once we arrived and had a few minor maintenance issues, I called and was able to speak with someone fairly quickly. Overall a great experience and I would stay again."
