"Quick Spring Break Trip - This house was in a great location! It was close to everything we wanted! We liked the house, but it wasn’t fancy. Tough to lounge and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We stayed one less night than we had planned for this reason as the rain forced us indoors. The booking process was easy. No contact with real people but that was fine with us!"

"Our stay at LA Dolce Vita was wonderful! Not even some chilly weather could detain our adventures. We were comfy and relaxed in the house with everything we needed to feel right at home. Our daughter and son in law especially enjoyed the bicycles. There are not more beautiful beaches, walking paths and shopping all within a short walk from the house. Not to mention the most elegant pool, "lagoon", we have ever seen. We even played bocce ball in free space that was provided for gathering. We recommend taking the nature walk which is 2 miles around the entire Seacrest Beach. Places that we enjoyed: Camp Helen, Grayton Beach, Seaside Beach, Eden Estates, Pier Park and St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Some favorite restaurants: Sumer Kitchen in Rosemary Beach, Sharkey's, Donut Hole, First Watch, Surf Hut (the best Pina Coladas 😀),George's, Jin Jin 88, FOOW and Shades Bar and Grill. Yes, we did eat at home too 😋 😄 but loved exploring. 😍 Thank you RealJoy for always answering our questions and being just a call away. We journeyed home feeling rested and refreshed. "

"Loved it! - Loved the house. Location was great, you could work or take the tram. Trams were always available and ready to go. Great beach house vibes all around. Great communication and response from management. The toaster was broken, they had a new one there within 24 hours which was great. Only thing they need to fix is that the bedroom door to the downstairs bedroom doesn’t shut completely. So even if you try to lock it, you can just push the door open. Since the bedroom door is adjacent to the kitchen (ie, not out of the way) our 2-year old kept pushing the door open on our in-laws. We had to put the garbage can in front of the door to keep her from going in there so they had some privacy. Not a iihuge deal (though I think it slightly annoyed my mother in law!). We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and comfortable, with some games and mini-library for any rainy days. The owners were so welcoming with tips for the area, and the property management was very responsive with a question that we had. The pool and tram were so convenient. It’s just a lovely relaxing community, with lots to do in the area. It was our first trip to Seacrest Beach but will not be our last!"

"Family & Friends Beach Trip - We stayed in the rental for a college friends reunion trip with our families. We weren’t told by the management company that we needed to check in with the neighborhood to get bands and parking passes. This was inconvenient to learn after the fact. We saw the cleaners finish cleaning the house by 12, but the management company didn’t contact us to let us check in early so plan to check in at 4. The neighborhood for the home is nice. We walked or biked to dinner. The beach was beautiful, but guests are limited to only use a specific part because their are private beaches to the left and right. No tents are allowed, only umbrellas. The beach does get filled (in July anyway) since everyone is restricted to a small area. The tram stop is not far from the house, sometimes there was a wait for the tram. The staff was very nice. The fridge wasn’t working the first day. We bought butter and placed in the fridge and it turned to room temperature. The issue self resolved overnight, maybe it was left open too long during cleaning. We informed the management company. The house did have a lot of basics, which was very nice like trash bags and laundry detergent. The closets were spacious and had hangers! There were plenty of towels. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The kitchen has basics but could use smaller size pots. There were some games for the kids. Pro tip buy any groceries before getting to the area. We ran out of water, and the case was $12 at the neighborhood mart."

"Beautiful, cozy, comfortable home! Super easy walk to beach, pool, and Seacrests shops and restaurants. Rode the bikes through the shaded nature trail to Rosemary for playa bowls! Used the grill for dinner one night and plenty of utensils for cooking and meals. Loved having morning coffee on porch swing! Will come again! "

"We arrived after a 7 hour drive at 4pm. Tired and cranky. Check in at the pool was smooth and uneventful. The house was easy to find, and was very clean up on arrival. There were enough pots and pans for fixing lunch and dinner. Enough paper towels, condiments,,etc. More than one dish towel would have been appreciated but we didn't ask for more. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. All appliances worked fine. The unit came with 4 bikes but we didn't use them. It was quite a hike to the beach, but a tram is available. Overall the accomodations were great and RealJoy was good at communicating. We will return."

The public restrooms on the beach side for our complex need to be cleaned offen and many a early morning they looked like no one had cleaned them. The same for the evening dirty. Please pass this information along.

"My stay at La dolce vita was fantastic! The house was spotless. The furnishings were both stylish and comfortable. The entire development is well taken care of, from the beautiful houses to the impeccable landscaping. I felt like I was in a movie! La dolce vita has four bikes. A highlight of my stay was going bike riding to nearby places. I also like the fact that the beach is only a short walk away. There’s a beautiful swimming pool in the development that is also close by. There are so many restaurants and shops in the area. I can’t wait to return to La dolce vita with my entire family in the very near future."

Some of our favorite things about this house were the location to all restaurants and beaches, the bike rental (we have a small child and we called fun pug rentals to add on a child trailer, it was there waiting for us upon arrival), and the keurig machine! "Our family of 5 stayed at La Dolce Vita for the second week, for the second time! Our stay was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked, the place was immaculately clean, and the house is so beautiful, airy and light filled. The extra touches are also what made our stay so wonderful, such as REAL wooden hangers, a disposable roasting pan with muffin and cookie mix, and a porch swing where is is easy to sit for hours. We will be back for a third time, no doubt!"

"This house was perfect. Completely spotless on our arrival, one of the best stocked rental kitchens, and now full of memories for our family. Staying in Seacrest for our first trip to 30A was a great decision and served as the perfect location for us to walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach, take a quick drive to Seaside, and enjoy all the amenities in the neighborhood. The house actually has accommodations for small children including a pack n play and booster seat which was very useful! "The house itself is absolutely beautiful but the location can't be beat. It sits diagonal from the tram that will take you to the beach pool etc. We were able to walk to great restaurants, boutiques and live music. We will look in to renting this home year after year."

"This property is as advertised - it is clean, convenient, and a perfect getaway! You couldn't ask for a better location in Rosemary Beach -- it is a quick 10 minute walk to the square or a 15-20 minute walk to the beach; and if walking isn't your thing, you can simply jump on the tram or use one of the property-provided bikes (which is a great perk!). The house easily supported two adults and 5 teenagers (3 girls and 2 boys), with room to spare -- no one felt cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much everything you would need for a night in, and drinking your coffee on the front porch swing in the morning was a great start to our day. Communication before, during and after our trip was excellent. Looking forward to renting this property again for a future vacation!"

"This house is beautiful and a great location. Well equipped kitchen for cooking but be aware that nothing is included to assist cooking; such as S&P, oil, etc. be mindful when shopping at the store.
The 4 bikes were a big assist in getting around the area!! So grateful to have had them.
We felt safe & comfortable here with easy communication with the renter.
Also, a trip for the area: Uber/Lyft are easy from the airport but you should arrange a taxi for pick up from the house. We didn’t know this so we scrambled the morning of our flight. We used Paradise taxi service who were very reliable."

"This house is great - location was perfect for experiencing all of 30-A. Neighborhood was very quiet and quaint, such a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Noticeable things about this house that are very highly related compared to others we have rented - best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental - plenty of dishes, cookware, everything you could need. This may seem an odd comment, but there are never enough hangers in the closet - this house had an abundance of good hangers which all of us commented on! We had 6 adults, so great space for all of us, you could easily add children to this mix with plenty of room and separation.
If you are indecisive, just book and go! You will not be sorry. The pictures are very representative of the space. One note - houses in this neighborhood do not have yards to speak of. Great porch for sitting and visiting, but nowhere to let children loose without supervision or just let a pet out if these topics matter to you."

"Everything was what we expected and more as soon as our arrival day kicked off. There was communication leading up and throughout the check-in day. Door codes, wifi passwords and everything needed to move in was available and easy to use. The house had all the amenities needed from bathroom needs to a fully stocked kitchen of utensils and baking items. The community tram to the beach made it easy to go to and from the beach multiple times a day and the centrally located community made for easy walks and bike rides to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The bikes being at the home and included was a perk we didn't realize would be so handy until we arrived. There was no need to deal with ordering and delivery of bikes to the property. We had absolutely no complaints during are stay except for wishing we could stay longer."
