This Penthouse sleeps 6 comfortably with 1BR+Bunks/2BA that has a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony has a fabulous panoramic Gulf view and is only a few steps from the sugary white sands of the World's most beautiful beaches. This Perfect location has multiple restaurants within walking distance, including the biggest beach bar with a pier, Pineapple Willy's (operation hours and months vary from year to year). Plus Walmart and many other amenities appealing to all ages. Park, unload, and enjoy your stay here at Laketown Wharf.

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1300 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**
