Perfectly situated between Pier Park and Highway 30A, Latitude 29 is a small family friendly 36-unit complex on the western end of Panama City Beach. Latitude 29 is just 1.5 miles away from Carillion Beach! This complex boasts Gulf views and the privacy you seek for your vacation.  You can splash in the complex’s pool, relax in the hot tub, or soak up the sun in the loungers on the pool deck.  The BBQ area has outdoor sinks which are convenient for all those grill masters! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
