"Vacation Stay - Our stay was great! Place was clean, staff was helpful when needed. The freezer went out mid-way through our stay and they accompanied us right away. Location was nice, right on the beach and by the beach access and pool. Loved that security was present daily and were considerate."

"Great retreat/vacation! - Our family was able to get away and enjoy Panama City Beach. We loved being on the end of the resort. Less people on beach, close to pier, beautiful sunsets from patio. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen stocked, very close to beach and parking lot! LOVED IT!"

"It was an absolute joy booking our stay in PCB through Realjoy... They preemptively answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to voice them... When we ended up needing extra park8ng passes, they delivered them to us in person at our rental and when we had one of the light globes from the ceiling fan fall off and crash to the floor, they immediately sent the maintenance folks to assist me... I will definitely book all my future vacay rentals through RealJoy.."

"Savored some moments. - My family has spent a lot of vacations in Destin, but we haven’t been there in quite a few years. My husband and I decided, at the last minute, we wanted to spend a few days on the beach after having spent a few days in Disney going non-stop. We found this condo and it was really a little gem. Had a great time. The condo has been redone and it’s so cute. Will definitely be back."

"Family vacation - The condo was very nice and had everything we needed we really enjoyed having the extra fan. The only issue for us was the mattress it was uncomfortable and loud when getting in and out of the bed but it was not a deal breaker. We drove our truck down and had no problem finding a place to park. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and is conveniently located next to the elevator my family and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you again for a wonderful time."

"Outstanding Unit--Great Manager - We stayed in this condo the last week in March of 2022. We have been to Destin numerous times but this was our first stay at the Edgewater. The online reviews for the unit were a bit mixed and we were a bit leery but, this was a “spur of the moment” vacation and we didn’t have a lot of places to choose from. Well, we are so glad that we choose to book the unit. The condo had just been renovated and it was beautiful, comfortable and had fantastic views of the pool and beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. The resort was clean, not over-crowded and had plenty of convenient parking. There were some negative online reviews of manager RealJoy Vacations but we could not have been more impressed with the service we received from them. Check-in and check-out were convenient and easy. Everyone we dealt with at RealJoy was professional, courteous and helpful. We highly recommend renting this unit and want to thank RealJoy for the great service they provided. We will be back."

"Great Stay - As stated, this condo was recently updated. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and it has great view of the ocean. The master with the built in bunk beds is cute and functional for extra beds. The condo has everything you need. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.
I did not have any issues with RealJoy regarding this rental - their electronic communication was great.
We have stayed many times at Edgewater Condos (our first time in this unit and first time booking here w/VRBO as I normally go directly through Edgewater). You cannot beat the location of Edgewater! The beach is amazing (beach service is not included with this condo but you can rent daily or just buy some beach chairs from the store), pool area is great, and you can literally walk to the grocery store, restaurants, outlet mall, etc. - so we never rent a car when we are there."

"Beautiful view from every window. This space quickly felt like home for our family of 5. The full kitchen was perfect. We did one shopping trip to the Publix nearby, and then we only needed to eat out when we really wanted to. With little ones, sometimes food at home is a lot easier, and then we could go right back out to the beach."

"Perfect Vacation Condo - We LOVED staying in your Condo for our Family Beach Vacation. If I could I would give it TEN STARS. We had plenty of room. Loved the wrap around balcony. Loved all of the rooms and the size beds in each room. Everything was easy for us to get to and it was just perfect. "Fabulous! - I don't know what to say! Perhaps I should submit to our 7, 14, and 19 year old kids! IT WAS AWESOME! We had a most fabulous vacation here last August! Against my will (hubby insisted) we took a more than 14 hour road trip to get here. I was exhausted but the staff was more than accommodating, warm, and receptive the following morning after our late arrival. Dolls to be sure! The condo was exquisite (my words, not the kids). In the words of my 7-year-old, "Better than Aruba, Mommy! The food was the best in Aruba [duh, it was an all-inclusive, kid!] but the view and the balcony and the beach were the best ever! When are we going back?!?""

"Awesome beachside condo! - This was a great condo! Very clean, and well, maintained and decorated. Plenty of space as well, for our family. Totally updated with granite countertops, nice fridge and washer/dryer. We had 6 adults and 4 children stay for a week, and really enjoyed it. You could look out the windows and the wrap around deck on either the pool or the beach and ocean. I would definitely rent this condo again as we loved it!"
