Your 2BR/2BA retreat has a panoramic view of spectacular sunsets from a private balcony. The master bedroom suite offers up incredible beach views for you to enjoy each morning when you awake. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed with a partial Gulf view can be savored from the bedroom window, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Leeward Key will accommodate up to nine people comfortably. This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
