10 Stars???? Our Fall Vacation was perfect!! We had no issues with the beautiful town house! The location is perfect, a mile from Seaside, you can see the ocean from 2 balconies,and across street to Thirty A Cafe, Donut Hole, Angelina’s Pizza & close by The Perfect Pig! Just to name a few places we ate at. It’s a gorgeous townhouse and decorated beautifully & so accommodating for our family and we hope to stay again this next summer vacation! Thanks so much!!

Overall a great stay! The proximity to the beach was really nice. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, the beds and furniture comfortable, and everything was clean. The host was as responsive and helpful for recommendations. Would definitely consider staying here again!

If you are wanting a nice, roomy, well decorated townhouse with a super short beach walk, this is the place for you. Shaded boardwalk to the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It came with tons of amenities in the garage like a beach cart, boogie boards, 10 beach chairs, tubes, tons of sand toys, not to mention 5 wonderful bikes. You can bike everywhere. We will definitely stay again.

I have to say this was the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need. The garage had the 4 bikes, umbrella, beach, chairs, wagon, floaties, etc. The furnishings were super cute. Someone had posted this condo was "dated." Did not see that at all. Very up to date furnishings and very comfortable. Loved the first floor bunk beds and additional room connected to the bunk bedroom. Perfect for 5 teenage girls for spring break. Weather was awesome as well which made the trip spectacular!!!

We loved this lovely property and the walkability (across the street from “Thirty-A-Cafe” a must go place), a great pizza place and a convenience store. We had an enjoyable bike ride on the bikes provided, BUT most of all, STEPS TO the most lovely white sand private BEACH!!! It rained a lot during our stay, but it provided down time and we enjoyed our stay so much! We will return and hope to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay, loved the location of the condo on 30A partway between the hustle and bustle of Seaside and Rosemary, yet super easy to get to either place too. The beach access is nice, and the plunge pools were good to cool off in. Appreciated the chairs being available for use. The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed.

We had a great vacation. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Management was available at all hours even when we got there late (midnight) and needed some help getting in the gate. Mainly just being told to punch the code in a bit harder but they answered after 2 rings. Great service and no issues while on the property.
