Come have a vacation at of a lifetime at Little Bear's Haven in NatureWalk 30A Community! This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by numerous bike and walking trails and is truly serene in the evenings with the Florida sun backdrop. Little Bear's Haven is a large 4-bedroom, 3 bath home plus an additional bunk nook, that has everything your family will need for rest and relaxation. The bright, white kitchen is a chef's dream featuring granite countertops, tiled backsplash, a large island, and all stainless steel appliances. With three king master bedrooms each with balcony access, a queen bedroom, and an additional nook with two twin-over-full bunk beds, this home sleeps a total of 14 guests. Chase the sunset from the two large porches or the two balconies that feature ceiling fans, swinging benches, and ample seating. Hop on the 4 available bikes and explore all the nearby trails, or spend the day at the sparkling community pool. There is a large driveway with parking for 2 vehicles. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower to rise off the sugar white sands and a stainless steel gas grill to fire up your catch of the day! NatureWalk 30A is ideally located on Hwy 395 off of 30A, next to Watercolor and Seaside. NatureWalk is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, and Grayton Beach State Park & Western Lake are located right next to Watercolor. Explore the endless trails by bike or on foot. Rent a canoe or paddleboard. Visit the funky shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach town, just down 30A. Watercolor Crossings adjoins our neighborhood, with Publix, Pizza by the Sea, Boca Boutique, UPS Store, Emerald Coast Wine and Spirits, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pedego Electric Bikes, and Yellowfin Sports, for all your outdoor needs. Due to HOA restriction boats, RVs and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood.
NatureWalk 30A has a private path “Lilly Lane Beach Trail” to San Juan Avenue which is less than a mile from beach access at Santa Clara Regional Beach Access. This path goes through the beautiful state forest which also surrounds NatureWalk 30A. Several additional beach accesses are also located along 30A within a mile. The beaches at Seaside or Watercolor, as well as Grayton Beach State Park are a short bike ride or golf cart ride away.
NatureWalk features “Gathering Place” which boasts a large zero-entry pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, a shaded kiddie pool, hammocks, playground, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, and gas fire pit for family enjoyment. You will also volleyball courts, pickleball, basketball, and another playground nearby. Guests will be charged $100 for lost or missing pool pass. Please leave the pool pass in the home upon departure.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
WaterColor, Florida is a beach town with rich landscaping and incredible pocket parks that blend perfectly into Northwest Florida’s natural scrub oak and palmetto. WaterColor borders the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, South Walton’s largest coastal dune lake. Great care was taken to preserve the natural beauty of Western Lake. Gravel nature trails twist and wind through the oak scrub and foot bridges criss-cross Western Lake. On the North side of Scenic 30-A, you will find a large butterfly garden that leads to an outdoor amphitheater and boathouse. At the boathouse, try stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, or canoeing over towards the shores of Grayton Beach State Park. On the South side of Scenic 30-A is the WaterColor Beach Club and along with the home of the James Beard award-winning restaurant, Fish Out of Water. Community access to the Gulf of Mexico is through a beach boardwalk adjacent to the Beach Club. WaterColor Florida is a fabulous spot for your next beach vacation!
Seaside is a fantastic destination within walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Spring Break - The house was beautiful and very spacious for the 9 teenagers and 4 adults in our crew. Great location…very close to Publix and our favorite, Pizza by the Sea, and not a far drive to the beach. The girls enjoyed the bikes. The only ‘complaint’ we would give is we feel the house needs to have more towels/wash clothes for the number of guests the house can accommodate.
We would definitely return to this home :)"

"Our family travels often and this was one of our favorite airbnbs yet. The house easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 10 kids ranging from 8 months to age 15. There was even a pack n play, booster seat, high chair, and bed rail in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked for a large crew and we never ran out of dishes. Home was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic… quick bike ride to the beach (Santa Clara/San Juan) or into Seaside. We stopped at the Publix almost daily which was less than a mile away with great selection. Grayton Beach State Park was our favorite beach access which was about a 10min car ride. The Nature Walk community is what made this home extra special. Plenty of walking/biking trails with scenic nature views made us feel set apart from the busyness of 30a, but we were still close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the community pool area as well. Very friendly neighbors too! We will definitely be back to this home."

"One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have stayed at. Fit our huge multi family vacation of 14 people with room to spare. Host was very responsive to some of my immediate questions after check in and was very friendly. We will definitely try to book the place again for our big family trip next year. Things I recommend: look into renting a golf cart because that would have been fun for the family to zip around. There is a beach close but we chose to drive to Henderson State Park as the beach area there is much more spread out. There is a Publix within 2 minutes drive from the house but it is pretty packed. We recommend driving into Destin to do your grocery shopping. There is no need to bring any type of cooking or eating utensils as they had everything you would ever need. Don’t forget to use the outdoor shower as we forgot to until the last day of our week in the home. Again, beautiful place and we will definitely book this home or another RealJoy home again! Thanks!"

"Beautiful Area - We had a great week at Little Bear’s Haven! The house was very accommodating! The large open space of the kitchen , family room and eating area was nice with a big group. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.
Our check in was at 4:00 and when we arrived, the house was NOT clean or ready for us to come in. A maintenance guy was just pulling up to fix a lightbulb. I had to call and report to management that the house wasn’t clean. They told us it would be closer to 6:00 for the house to be ready. We returned at 5:30 and the cleaners were done. When we went in, there was NO smell of cleaners. It had appeared that the beds were just made and maybe the floor swept. We found socks and underwear left from the people before us. This house was not cleaned properly. It was dirty. With a global pandemic going on, this is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Real Joy Management.
Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach are amazing towns! There is so much to do for all ages! We really loved the area! We would recommend this area and even this house if it was properly cleaned!"

"Great house, great amenities - Just about Everything about this property was perfect! Close to community pool, plenty of towels and blankets, 3 king beds, even had a straightener, curling iron plus a hairdryer for each bathroom. The only issues we had was the wifi didn’t work at all and we had to call for the password and location of the pool key. A little page on the bar providing all of the info would’ve been great. 2 of the bedrooms have bathrooms and the other 3 have to share just one, so Mack sure that works for your group. You will need to drive to the beach, we rented a golf cart ans it’s not far"
