February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Fantastic beach weekend - Very much enjoyed our 4 day weekend at this beautiful property. The condo had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. The real highlight was the beach, though - this unit has its own set of stairs off the back patio (which had an amazing view) down to the boardwalk. Once on the beach, there were chairs and umbrellas set up for guests of the complex on a first come/first serve basis. The water is incredible, only a few feet deep for at least 100 feet from the shore, warm and crystal clear. We alternated between lounging on the chairs in the sand and floating in the ocean for hours on end. Truly paradise.
The unit is also close to the grocery store and a few restaurants, and the beach is very walkable. Our only minor complaints were that the pull out bed appeared to have not been cleaned, the lock on the living room sliding door was broken (they had a wooden beam you could put down on the track instead), and we could not find a key for the bedroom sliding door. So the private steps were a bit useless since we could not lock up going that way.
Overall though, we are definitely looking to stay here again!"
