There's also a queen guest room, and another guest room with a twin-over-twin bunk and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping a total of 8 guests comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops, perfect for the chef to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has comfortable furniture to relax and watch your favorite movie after a full day at the beach. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2000 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

*During Peak Season, Majestic Resort issues ONE parking pass for 1 and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes are issued for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, 1 and 2-bedroom units can be issued 2 parking passes. *

Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate.
