Unwind in the master suite with a king bed and en suite with jacuzzi tub. A queen bed in the guest room and a living room sleeper sofa allows up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, dine while taking in gulf views at the dining table, and an open living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1875 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. *During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort issues ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes are issued for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the offseason, 1 and 2 bedroom units can be issued 2 parking passes.*
