"The condo was very clean, well equipped, and on top of the world views of the ocean. The location was great, never more than a 15 minute drive in either direction for all the things my daughter and I wanted to do, whether it be shopping and dining at Pier Park or parasailing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding over Shell Island and St Andrews Bay. The pools and hot tubs were nice since the ocean water was still chilly. My daughter frequented the on-site Starbucks daily."

Nothing. The security was a little petty with "COPS"- like approach. Undercover security people clearly in uniforms was weird. One guy stood staring at a restaurant menu for 10 minutes, then walked over to the kiddie pool to tell them they had drinks too close. Kinda Paul Blart-ish. Not even kidding. Kinda weird."

"Beautiful view and wonderful facilities - We had a nice stay at this condo. The property managers were easy to reach if you need them. The facilities are extremely clean. There were many pools to choose from. The unit was overall very nice. There is some obvious wear and tear from use (baseboards and walls) but is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels for our stay and we used the beach toys and chairs. There were lots of dishes and things to cook with. We had one issue with some hooks falling off the wall as soon as we walked in the door but we were able to communicate this right away with the property manager. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I don't think you can get a better view. The elevators are extremely fast and parking was quick and easy. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We would recommend and stay again."

"Very Clean - The unit was very clean and had a great view. The only drawback is the bedrooms are on the front of the building which is loud at times dud to traffic so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Overall the unit was great with everything one needs to cook and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was AMAZING!! I’m very particular about where I say on vacation and this place was it! It was very clean, the decor was just like the pictures and it was located in a good spot (busy but not too busy). The condo has everything you need (just bring your groceries and seasonings). "We absolutely loved staying here - the location was perfect, there was such ease to just walk down and out to the beach as well. We loved the multiple pool options that were outdoor, indoor/outdoor, and indoor - we have an almost-1-year-old that loved the indoor pool and being able to swim out of the sun. The property itself was very clean, check-in was smooth and easy, and there were so many amenities that are offered during your stay. We will absolutely be staying here again - this may even be our annual beach place each year from now on!"

"Condo was amazing, clean & beautifully decorated - Our condo was very well equipped, beautiful, and view was great as well. We only had two complaints (none of which our condo owner could control) we had neighbors who smoked a lot of Marijuana, which kept us from enjoying the lanai and security refused to address the issue and the pool in our tower was closed. The buildings are extremely clean, great location and the view is wonderful! If you stay in tower 2 make sure you check out Tower 1 pools, game room and the movie theater."

"Beautiful condo, Amazing views, in the heart of everything - This condo was great! So clean and a perfect size for our family 🙂 We were in the heart of Panama City Beach, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the time that you come. We are a young family of five so when spring break hit in full force it was an over whelming amount of people, loud music, loud people, lots of weed in the air, which normally I don't have a problem with but it was overpowering! Otherwise though this condo and the views are totally breathtaking and to be just an elevator ride down to the beach is hands down the best :-)"

"Condo is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach - clean, friendly and safe - LOVE MAJESTIC BEACH! - I like that everything was clean (especially our condo) and sanitized, people were very friendly and respectful and it was just BEAUTIFUL. On the beach was perfect. The condo was absolutely perfect. My family and I had such a great time, the beach was gorgeous.
TWO SUGGESTIONS - Need a burger hut outside by the pool for residents/guests wearing a wrist band AND residents/guests should NOT have to pay extra to rent a chair at the beach; that should be part of the amenities, as we paid substantial for the rental condo - beach chairs should be free :)"

"Great Condo on the beach with view - The place was great. Better than my expectations and very clean! It has a beautiful beach view and immediate beach access. The only thing I wish I would have known is to order groceries by Shipt to arrive when you get there. Also make sure the address is correct for Tower 2. The walk to the nearest restaurant was long and Shipt is the best grocery delivery in that area. Otherwise, I really appreciated the host, the condo, and enjoyed our stay!"

"Relaxing - We had to change our spring break trip due to Covid. It ended up being the perfect time to go. The resort was clean and accommodating and the condo was beautiful. The rooms are in the front of the condo which I didn’t love because I have a mischievous 3 year old who likes to explore but he never escaped so it was fine. The view was the best one we have ever had at a condo. Overall I have it 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was as fabulous and as described! We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay and the view was breathtaking! We appreicated the homey decor, fully stocked kitchen, and the abundance of towels, blankets, and pillows. We could have used a few more kitchen towels.....1 towel and 1 cloth were not enough for a family of 6 since we did not eat out at all due to Covid, and did all our cooking in the condo.
We stayed in unit 2003 and enjoyed an ocean view from the living room and balcony, with seating for 6 and 2 tables on the large balcony. This unit truly not only met but exceeded our expectations! We had an incredible time and we will definitely be back."

"Amazing location! - My family stayed here for 6 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The views were amazing. We watched stingrays and dolphins everyday from the balcony. The sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was very neat and clean. The beach in front of this location was awesome. Unfortunately the dryer wasn't working during our stay and we were told multiple days that it would be fixed but it never was. Apparently there was some miscommunication between management and the service company. However, management provided free pickup/delivery laundry service when we needed it. Despite this hiccup, I would highly recommend this condo and my family definitely plans to come back again."

"Very impressed with the condo, beautifully decorated!! - Condo was just as pictured, very nice and a beautiful view!! Had everything we needed. The added umbrellas and cart were great to have!! We really enjoyed the pools at the property when it rained and we couldn’t be at the beach! The only problems were that we had 5 people so one was to sleep on pullout couch, but there was still plastic on the mattress so that was all you could hear and feel. He ended up sleeping on just the couch instead. The master bed was comfortable but also had plastic or something on it, it was very noisy any little move you made!! Overall enjoyed the condo and the property, definitely would stay here again!!"

"Breathtaking! Perfect family vacation! Can’t wait to return! - The condo and view are gorgeous! Couldn’t ask for a better beachfront view! Pools, food and drinks on site, and all staff on site were impressive! Everyone we encountered (guests and staff) was beyond friendly which was somewhat surprising. My kids, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not wait to return! My only complaint is that the washer and dryer in this unit need upgraded, washer left white fuzz on everything and dryer took entirely too long to dry laundry. We loved this place and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family!"

"Our Stay was wonderful. - Overall our stay was wonderful. The resort parking garage was convenient. The proximity to the beach could not be better. Our only negatives, which are minor, no hair dryer or swimsuit rack to hang wet swimsuits. Also, the dryer had a broken knob which forced you to move the knobs around to make it operational. This was reported to maintenance, however, it was not repaired during our stay. We also wish that the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were advertised better on the listing. That is a big plus to have in the room. We would definitely stay here again."

The logistics of parking and unloading were a little more cumbersome than anticipated, however it wasn’t awful. Just plan for a long walk from the car depending on where you park. The air conditioned walkway over the street was great, however!

"An Awesome Stay in Panama City Beach! - My family (4 people) recently stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else if we return to Panama City Beach! Obviously, the Property Owner went through great lengths to recently renovate this unit as it appeared that there were all new appliances and furniture here. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the decor of the entire unit as well...Also, I have to say that the level of detail with regards to incorporating anything that a guest would need to stay here comfortably for any length of time was very impressive. From the nice patio furniture to the beach wagon and umbrella, everything you need is here to enjoy a lengthy stay if you wish.
Speaking of the patio...What a great view from this unit! With it being on the 20th floor, you can see it all and enjoy the awesome sunsets and views of the beach. And you can still hear the pleasant sounds of the ocean as you enjoy a cocktail. Again with attention to detail in mind, the Owner also has enough seating on the patio for all of your guests.
We travel often so we have an appreciation for cleanliness and attention to detail, and this unit passes with flying colors! Enjoy!"

"LOVED the stay from start to finish! - From the moment that my wife and I entered the residence, we LOVED it! It's a beautifully appointed space and we felt instantly "at home"...wonderfully clean & comfortable. We felt like we were the first visitors to stay there! Not like a "rental" at all!
Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was amply equipped for cooking whatever we bought at the nearby outdoor market or wanted to quickly zap in the microwave 🙂
My favorite thing was being able to open the patio door, listen to the surf and feel the ocean breeze...SO peaceful & relaxing!

"Peaceful, Serene and relaxation!!! - My family and I decided to do something a little different for the Christmas holidays this year! We decided to migrate down to PCB Florida! We had such a wonderful town in this lovely condo! Not only is the place beautifully comfortable, you cannot beat that morning view of the sunrise from the 20th Floor!! There are plenty of shopping and eateries around the resort, and miles of private beach access! We truly enjoyed ourselves! The owner is super awesome and made sure you have everything you need, neat and clean. We love the decor of the condo, and the friendly staff.
