Maravilla 1309 is a beautiful 3BR/2BA condo that sleeps 8 comfortably! Maravilla is located in a 33 acre, gated resort with two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball half-court, fitness room, clubhouse, covered parking, bike racks, and shuffleboard. This lovely condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the 1st guest bedroom, a twin over twin bunk in the 2nd guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All mattresses in the condo are new, and there are also brand new curtains and a new dishwasher. For those interested in a work or school-cation, you will be happy to find a folding desk and chair in the queen bedroom closet that can be used to create a pop-up work station. Beach access is less than a 5 minute walk away, with seasonal beach service of two chairs and one umbrella provided!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! The complex also offers pickleball! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
