"Really enjoyed the location and the condo was nice for the price. We booked maybe a month in advanced and most everything for decent price/location was gone. The place was clean, all tile which i prefer, especially since you're a short walk from the beach (you will bring sand in, there is no avoiding if you plan to spend any time on the beach even with the outdoor shower). Even from the ground you can still catch a glimpse of the water from the patio which was enough for me since most places were SO expensive for a beach view. The Gulf is literally across the street and despite the busy time of year the neigborhood was pretty quiet. Keep in mind if you get a grounfloor condo you might have to deal with some noise above depending on who stays above you. Im not sure who was above us but it sounded like they were rearanging the furniture of the entire condo every night but that is really my only complaint and that was just circumstance. All in all lovely place and location for price!"

"Perfect location to beach - Wife, myself, 2 sons age 3 and 3 months along with another couple with a 3 year old stayed at this property and it was perfect. Layout of condo was perfect. Short walk to the beach was a real plus especially with the plethora of beach toys we had to haul with us for the kids. Will definitely stay at this location again!!"

"We loved the Maravilla condo! It was spacious, clean, and right across the street from the beach. The check in and check out was seamless and the communication was great. Beautiful beaches and sparkling water! I would recommend bringing an extra blanket and supportive pillow as the bedding in the master was light and the pillows were flat. Other than that it was all good!"

"Condo was clean. Check in was easy. And not far from the beach at all easy walk across the street. The pool is very nice and open till 10. Beach was a little crowded but the water and sand were very nice."

"Great location, great condo. - We were a little skeptical because we always like to have a balcony view of the gulf when we vacation to this area. We enjoy coffee watching dolphins. But we may have enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor as much. This condo was 2 bedrooms but it seemed larger, it fit our family of 5 very well. Everything worked as it should and the condo was well stocked with all of the necessities of home.

"Close to paradise.. - We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, 2 moms 4 teenage girls. I did bring in a single blow up bed, and it fit next to the King size bed.
The only issue we really had was with the refrigerator's ice maker leaking water all over the floor. We called in and RealJoy sent out technicians out twice, but it never did work properly.
The agents response times were great, they were friendly and understanding. And the the technicians showed up right when promised, and the second time brought 2 bags of ice.
The only other thing we wished this unit had was some bar stools at the counter. It did have adequate seating, so not a big deal.
As a note for other guest, this unit does not come with beach service. I had not realized that as it was a last minute booking, and every other unit I had try to secure did have the beach service included."

Add to that the ease of check-in, the safety of the area, and the incredible cleanliness of the unit and you have an amazing vacation! "Nice place and an easy walk a beautiful beach. The condo was nicely appointed, clean and quiet despite being right on the entry road. Was bummed that the hot tub was not functioning. Wish that the rental would have included a couple of beach chairs either to carry over, or pre-rented through the service on the beach. Would have liked to have a few more bed pillows and blankets."

"Very well kept condo with easy access to the pool and beach! My kids loved the pool and then beach was beautiful and not over crowded. Management company was also very timely in responding to any issues we had and even helped get my good beach towels back to me after I left them in the dryer."

"Really Nice Condo! - Great Location! Condo was very clean and spacious. Very happy with the accomodations. Price was great - very close to the beach.
My suggestions to the owners are:
1. Fix both sliding glass doors (living room and master bed) to the patio. They stick and are hard to open.
2. Get rid of the blinds - they are starting to fall apart - replace with standard drapes.
2. Need a full size frying pan - there was 1 small pan which was not suitable to make breakfast.
All in all, I would highly recommend this property!!"

We loved working with Realjoy Vacations, they made it so easy to check-in and check-out. Having the umbrella and chairs on the beach taken care of already was awesome. "Great Location - Condo is in the front of the complex very close to the beach (but not with a beach view). It is on the first floor so it is great for having kids and easy access to the beach. We walked out of our patio door and the beach was a 30 second walk away! Plenty of space for my family of four (2 adults/2 boys age 6 and 2.5) and my mother-in-law and 10 year old nephew. Kitchen is good size and easy to use; we ate in every night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
