*LOW Monthly Winter Rates - Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2500 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

Mariner East is a family friendly, mid-rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. Being a mid-rise condominium, you will not have to face any overcrowding with a large private beach with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Mariner East features a large Gulf front pool with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, billiards room, and shuffleboard courts to keep your family entertained. A small fitness center is available for guests to use. A beautiful, manicured lawn is perfect to let little kids run and play. Mariner East is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, a fabulous water park, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for.

The beach is wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
