Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!
Area Attractions:
Seascape Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Clean Quiet Golf Villa - The villa was very clean, cool and comfortable. You could smell and see “clean” as soon as you walked in the door for the first time. A great first impression!
Located in a quiet area off of the golf course. Enjoyed watching the golfers from our balcony.
Beds were clean and comfortable. We felt very at home.
Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We did find a small parking lot by the road that can be accessed if you prefer to drive and park a little closer. This is helpful for those that may find the walk physically difficult.
Only minor suggestion would be for clearer instruction to be provided regarding which pools on the Seascape property can be accessed. (Perhaps a map on the fridge with pools highlighted/circled) We had to walk around to the different pools and ask and no one seemed really sure. A security guard in Ariel Dunes 2 was able to point us to a map that showed where all the various pools were located. Only one pool ended up actually being close to our villa. But the kids loved it and it was perfect for them. This was our only MINOR complaint.
Otherwise, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa to others! Can’t wait to come back to Miramar!"

"Great vacation - The only complaint I have was check in was at 4, we got there earlier and asked to have an early check in at 3. I was told due to Covid I couldn’t check in an hour early. Then we deduct get our room codes until almost 4:30. Everything was automated which was frustrating."

"We loved the location and that everyday we got one free activity.. my husband golfed at several different locations for free!!!! While the girls and I hung out at the beach or did some local shopping!!!! The place had plenty of tools for making dinner and not having to go out every night! Also had a couple boards games .. and netflix and cable to keep ya busy between activities! It was clean and it was pretty private ! We stayed for Christmas so it wasnt busy at all!!! Before leaving I pretty much cleaned it up the best I could without chemicals and did the laundry for the maids! They were also very pleasant! They were there right at 10 on check out day!! Overall we would totally stay here again!"

"This was the perfect place for a family with young kids. Don’t let the small walk to the beach keep you from booking this space. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the high rise condos and quiet and so safe. Our four young kids could play outside while we prepared dinner or go on the balcony and play with the neighbor’s dog. Everything was clean, and a wonderful set up for our family of six. Plenty of room, plenty of sleeping space. We didn’t want to walk to the beach every time so we would drive and park in the resort parking lot literally across the street to the beach. Never had any issues! Just load up, drive two minutes, park, and walk right into the beach or Whale’s Tail for dinner. The hosts made check in so easy. We had a little shed to store our beach items so we didn’t track too much sand inside. Rooms were cheery and comfortable. No issues with WiFi or TV and our hosts must have ordered us perfect weather too! We WILL be back! Our kids were crying saying goodbye to our little home away from home when we left!"
