On the 1st floor, there is a warm and inviting living space complete with a fireplace, updated kitchen, and dining area. There is also a master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. On the 2nd floor, you will find a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath, a second guest room with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway. The third floor has a guest bedroom with two queen beds. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change. *

Miramar Beach Villas is a gated community of vacation rentals located just off Scenic Gulf Drive. The sugary white sand and mesmerizing emerald waters of the gulf are only a short distance away. These two to three-story townhomes are contemporary and completed in a formal Mediterranean style. You’ll be just minutes from multiple shopping venues such as the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. There are also popular dining locations within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F.
