Sunnyside, Florida, is minutes away from both the best of Panama City Beach and Rosemary-Scenic 30A. A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high-rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up and coming community offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds, but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Sugar-white sands line the gorgeous Gulf coast, and the area is known for an endless array of activities, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating, and more!
