Located on the 3rd floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Relax with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the loft area. Both bathrooms provide hair dryers and a starter pack of essentials to make your stay feel more like home. Recent updates include luxury plank flooring throughout, vaulted wood plank ceiling in the living area, stainless steel appliances, convertible dining and coffee tables, and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops! Snowbird Season runs December thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Nautical Watch is a family friendly, low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. This beachfront complex is formed in a U-shape around a large pool for the family to enjoy. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

"This was exactly what he expected/needed! The condo was clean, free of clutter, updated and easy to keep clean. We stayed with a toddler in tow. The view was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet/clean, and the beach access was convenient/accurately described. I did of course make note of a few things I thought could have made the stay just a tad more enjoyable when it came to the condo itself. I will share these directly with RealJoy Management, as they are not things that would ruin anyone's stay! I highly recommend this location."

"I would stay in this particular condo again in the future. It was so easy booking and communicating with RealJoy Properties. We booked very last minute and everything was ready for us just like we had been booked for months. We loved having a corner unit with the terrific, unobstructed beach view. Nautical Watch condominiums is a great location, easily accessible to Panama City attractions. The very short walk to the beach was a major plus for us having traveled with two small children. Once you walk down the steps from this unit the gate access to the beach is right there. There are also wooden beach loungers & umbrellas to rent. We didn't rent so not sure what the cost is. Only downside to us for this unit was the stairs to the second story bed/bath. Had never seen a staircase quite like it. Very nerve wracking for us with a 2.5 y/o who couldn't stay off. Sort of difficult to go up and down as a grown adult too. Our 5 y/o loved it though. By Day 3 we were getting used to them!"

"Cozy, well appointed, great quieter location - We've stayed at Nautical Watch several other times over the last 25 years, along with other smaller and larger complexes along the coast. We were very impressed with this unit, nicely updated with a cozy loft that has it's own full bath. We like the quieter part of PCB, closer to the state park. Walking distance from Schooners is a bonus! Highly recommend this unit, great views of the beach and sunsets."

"We actually did not get to stay at this location. We came down with covid a few days before our stay. The communication was very good, and they were understanding but they did not refund all our money. They did however work with us and refunded the cleaning and 1 other fee which is greatly appreciated. I also purchased Travel insurance because they have a no refund policy which I understood. I will replan this trip and stay with them."
