Nautical Watch E-4 is a family friendly, low rise 1st floor condo with over 500 feet of private beach just steps away! Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this cozy, one bedroom unit that can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for the chef in your group to whip up a delicious meal. As an extra convenience there is a wash and dryer in the condo. This 1st floor unit is steps to the pool and 50 feet away from the clear emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Nautical Watch is a family friendly, low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. This beachfront complex is formed in a U-shape around a large pool for the family to enjoy. Nautical Watch has its own private beach for you to enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico!

The beach is wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!
Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
From exploring the sunken ships in the area, to sailing, go-karting, deep sea fishing to checking out the local animal parks, there are a diverse variety of Panama City Beach attractions for kids of all ages to enjoy. "There were a few minor issues that were taken care of quickly and with great customer service. - It was beautiful and very well kept. The location was great.
The noise from the people upstairs. There must have been a permanent resident who woke us up at 6:00 am stomping around and then leaving in a very loud vehicle."

"Beautiful Condo - The condo was decorated beautifully. It was laid out well. It had everything we needed and more. The bed and all other furniture was very comfortable. We were on the ground floor and just steps from the pool and a shirt walk across the parking lot to the beach. Parking for your unit is very convenient."

"One of the best places we have ever stayed. The condo was as described, well actually under-described, as it was very well equipped in every aspect. The surrounding and common areas were pristine. The condo was very comfortable and right-sized for a couple. The bed was amazingly comfortable. This is not a large condo but it is very space efficient. Cannot say enough about the service from the host, RealJoy. Everything we asked for was handled promptly. They are available even 'after hours.' I would give them 11 out of 10. So much so that I have asked them which other properties they manage. Seriously they are that good. All in all this condo is a 'hidden' gem and a great value. Near to the beach, great restaurants and other services."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our escape from the cold at Nautical Watch. We loved the short walk to the beach and the heated pool. The community is quiet and other guests and owners very friendly.
