"Stay was great. Very nice condo with amazing beach views. Easy access to the beach. We got to watch sunrise and sunset from our patio. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient pots and pans. Furnitures and appliances were functional. I wish the property management works on two things 1. Seating at the beach is not free and is not included as part of the rental for many units. So, we were asked to rent it on a hourly basis. We dint know this and it was not on the property description. I would request the management to be upfront about it. 2. Wish they had Smart TVs instead of the conventional ones."

"A wonderful holiday weekend getaway ❤️ - Location was excellent!! Loved, loved, loved that it was right on the beach. Balcony was big enough to accommodate all of us while we hung out & listened to the waves.

"Great stay - Condo was clean and the right size for my family of 4. The view was wonderful! Access to the beach was right there! We all truly enjoyed our experience! Kitchen could have been better stocked but it’s not a deal breaker! Would stay again!"

"The property was fantastic but could use a few simple upgrades. - Place was fantastic is you love the ocean view. We would have like a more comfortable seating on the patio since that is where we spent all our time when at the condo. I had a few issues with checking in, never received any sort of 'PRE TRIP emails from management company or VRBO. When we arrived I still had no idea how to enter the property or anything. I had to take time from my vacation and track down the instructions which took over an hour and a half by the time I had someone on the phone to help me. Not a great start but everything else was clean and accommodating. There is no beach chairs unless you want to pay for them using the service. the ones they had at the place for us to use had seen better days so we wound up having to buy our own, an expense we were not planning on having but cheaper than paying the 35$ a day service fee per couple. (70$) Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for meals at home if you choose. We had the best time despite these few nit-picky items."

The only issue is that this particular property didn’t come with beach chair services we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas at the property but it would have been great if it was an option to charge it to the room prior to arrival even at the extra cost because I thought there was no chairs I packed my own. Not a huge deal but I wouldn’t have had to do that if they were an option even at the extra cost. Still great place!"

"Peaceful - I booked this condo for a girls weekend, and it was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and had room for everyone. The view was spectacular and the large balcony was a plus. I do recommend bringing baking sheets from home, but otherwise the condo provided all the amenities you might need. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, quiet, roomy, and friendly! - We arrived at the condo and it was very clean. We had plenty of towels to use through our stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! On our second day there we discovered that the dryer wasn't working, so we called and they said they were aware but were were waiting on a part to come in to repair it. The dryer wasn't fixed during our stay which would have really been inconvenient, however they came to the condo and picked up all of our dirty laundry which with 6 people on vacation was A LOT, had it all washed and dried, and the next morning brought it back to us, neatly folded! Will definitely recommend to other people and will stay there again! The building was quiet also, very nice!"

"Amazing Condo - If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no farther..Just came back from 6 wonderful nights of relaxing and enjoying. The beach has calming waters and the white sand is so soft and inviting. The condo was clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. Large balcony to relax on. It is private and quiet just like we like it. Lots of great restaurants in area with delicious food. Very comfortable stay and look forward to another visit. Hated to leave."

"Best vaca we've had in years! - The condo was everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The balcony view was perfect and right on the beach. The pictures were exactly what the condo looked liked. Very clean with comfy beds. My ONLY con was the light coming through the room with queen beds. There needs to be black out curtains on the window due to the light from the exterior walkway shining through the blinds that are up. Other than that small detail, our stay was perfect!!! Hope to stay here again!"

"Great condo in a great location - This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our two families. The view was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and was really clean. I really liked using the app to answer any questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again with my family. Okaloosa Island is the best location in my opinion. There are plenty of restaurants and kid friendly activities, without all the traffic. All around it was a great stay."
