"Great Views - The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. It offers wonderful views from the 17th floor balcony, which is large and well furnished also. One elevator was broken during our stay but the wait still wasn’t terribly long. We enjoyed the location away from the busy Pier Park area."

"May 2023 Beach Trip - This condo is amazing! Recently renovated with top-of-the-line stuff. The kitchen appliances, the sofa, the TVs, the mattresses, the flooring, it all feels brand new and super nice. The balcony view is fantastic. Location is incredible, the beach was never crowded despite being Memorial Day week. It’s also walking distance to Runaway Island, the best beachfront restaurant in PCB. No major or even minor issues with this room - other than the beach cart only having 3 wheels and there not being any luggage carts in the building. The condo itself is the nicest spot we’ve ever stayed at in PCB and we plan to this unit to come back next year."

"Great weekend getaway - Myself and my kids met for a weekend stay. Ocean Reef was a wonderful choice for us. The location was wonderful. We especially loved that there is some open beach space to the left of the condo. It was not crowded at all. There were many shells on the beach while we were there. The communication with property management was clear and efficient. The workers at the parking booth were great. The parking garage is very tight. The elevators were quick. I recommend Ocean Reef. We hope to visit again soon!"

"Family vacation - Property was great, we got there right at 4:00 on the dot for check in. Once we got into room we found the master bedroom bed hadn’t been made yet. We called property manager and they sent someone out while we went to gather groceries at the grocery down the street. Our advise to management is don’t release door codes until unit is fully ready. Other than that we had a great time during our stay. Check out Jubilee fishing charter if you want to catch some fish while your there."

"Breathtaking View! - The property is everything just as shown in the pictures. Lots of food places and things to do in walking distances. The condo is very spacious for my family of 5. We loved the large balcony with a great view! It was great that you didn't have to check in at a front desk. They do not have luggage carts. I would highly recommend to bring a wagon with large tires (to make it thru the sand) to haul stuff up and down to the beach. The condo was clean and we didn't have any issues. There are sand toys so we didn't have to bring out own. I asked about beach chairs and was told there were none in the condo but in fact there were some. Wished I didn't have to bring our own. They do have a beach chair & umbrella service right outside the condo. We had never been to PCB. We had a great time and will be back to this condo!"

"My new paradise! - I brought 4 18 year old girls down for their last high school Spring Break and this place was perfect! The pictures are 100% accurate! "Vacay - Stay was great even though the ocean with closed the whole nine days we were there. The day we arrived we wasn’t able to check in until exactly 4 o’clock. We went ahead and bought our groceries while we were waiting. That was a bad idea because there was no cart On the property. I would definitely acquire a cart for your guest. Or at least let them know ahead of time."

"Great place! - We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and we were happy to see there were chairs and sand toys available to take down to the beach. We left all of that at home and really didn't want to purchase any. The whole condo was clean, well kept, well stocked with cooking supplies and the decor is super cute! We also loved having the tables and chairs out on the balcony. We ate breakfast there every morning and dinner as well. Definitely recommend!"

"Cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. - Our condo was delightful. It was extremely clean with plenty of everything we needed. The water pressure was amazing. The only drawback with the unit is that there were no carts to use to get items up to the condo. I did go to Walmart and buy a cart to get groceries, water and heaver items up to the unit. Communication with management was extremely difficult but when I could get in touch with them they were very nice. Could never connect to the internet because the information provided in the condo did not work. There was very little information in the condo regarding internet, check out procedures, etc. They would send me a text with a link to an app that said my reservation didn't exist. From my past 3 stays in various condos this year we did a combination of what was required at check out for them. I would stay in that condo again if management could get their app straightened out, answered their phone (they actually told me they took them off the hook after I was on hold for over 15 minutes} and provide adequate and correct information regarding the internet and rules to be followed."

"Great stay - Our unit was very well clean and well appointed and every encounter with RealJoy staff was positive. We loved the spacious balcony. There was some confusion about parking. We were provided 2 parking passes in the unit but had read and were told “there was no overflow parking and we were allowed only one assigned parking place”. The manager on call told us there might be a lot down the street that charged around $4 per day. Actually there WAS a free Ocean Reef overflow lot just across the street! We appreciated the 24 hour security guard. We also could not find any carts to move our things to the unit. Not sure they had any? Thankfully we had a beach cart. I would also recommend that you provide unit entry information before 3:05 pm to allay any anxiety for new guests. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return!"

"Very nice Condo - Condo looked just like the pictures on website. Had a modern feel and is decorated very nicely. Keyless entry is great a reserved parking space is also a plus. The weather was cool so we didn’t get a chance to hang out on the balcony. Some of the pots/frying pans need to be replaced as we didn’t feel comfortable cooking in them due to their condition. I also want to add Chris was very responsive whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this unit. Wanted to rent it again, next year, but it’s already booked."
