"We had wonderful stay - The company managing the property has done a great job from in maintaining the unit, providing the essential stuffs and making aure we are comfortable on our stay. On our arrival, we were surprised the unit was decorated with a happy birthday banner, balloons and party hats. I did mention to them that it will be pur first time visiting Panama City and that I will celebrate my birthday there. They went above and beyond when the two bottles of wine, a gift box filled with sweet treats and a birthday cake greeted us on our arrival. When i finally calmed down, the view in the balcony sank on me and it was just breathtaking. The view is overlooking the vast turquoise ocean juat like a painting except it was real. When you look down, there are 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi in the property waiting for you. Sunsets are my favorite part of the day here. Then, the rooms were both tidy, the sheets are clean. You can tell that they invested in the overall aesthetic of the property because you will feel the subtle beach vibe everywhere but at the same time it’s not exaggerated. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils, coffee maker was an essential for my friends and they got it. The location of the property was perfect. It’s near to attractions, groceries and restaurants. Overall, i had an amazing time and I will definitely go back and stay on this property 100%."

Pros: It was right at the beach
The view was incredible!!
The condo was clean and nicely decorated.
Huge balcony to seat and have your meals as you enjoy the view.
Ample parking.
Proximity to everything!!
Elevators were working not crowded.
Basic cooking essentials:pots, plates cutlery etc
Cons: No basic condiments: salt, pepper, oil etc.
Very tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
No laundry detergent.
For that price point, I think the above should be provided.
Also the Master bed is a queen(small for a couple) and the mattress a bit uncomfortable.
Otherwise, I would recommend this condo 100%."

"The condo is in a great location and was perfect for two couples. The only negative - which I didn’t factor into rating, as indoor temps are objective to the renter - is that the thermostat is on a preset schedule. Many times we would check the thermostat to find it changed from our setting to follow the schedule and it was much warmer (78 degrees) than our preference. It was easy to change when we noticed so reaching out to Real Joy wasn’t warranted. Besides the thermostat the place was a great stay and we enjoyed our week here! Thank you."

"Great place and perfect location. Cute updated decor and large oversized balcony. The condo needs pot holders, tbsp measuring spoons, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. In addition make sure you bring beach towels and laundry detergent. At this price point all of the above would’ve been nice to have. Overall it was a great place to stay and I’d book again."

"Awesome - We loved the balcony. It was very spacious and had a great view. The condo was extremely nice, and we loved every minute there.
The only downside was the air would automatically go down to 78 degrees at random times. I woke up and thought the unit was out. I just had to adjust it back to 70 degrees and it was fine. Other than that, we loved it!"

Sand was in floors upon arrival. Coffee table all sticky and yuck. Beds made very sloppily. Other than that ohhhh and the pool being so small which was mainly kids ALWAYS IN IT WITH PARENTS NOT CARING WHAT THE DID.

"Relaxing and beautiful! - The apartment is beautiful, well decorated and the view is amazing, the kitchen is well equip.
The beach chairs and umbrellas rental Is a bit pricy but is convenient, we rent for a few days in advance and got a good discount. We also book a 2 hr Jet Sky tour which took us to Shell Island.. one of the most beautiful beaches i’ve ever been and seen, totally worthy.
The building is at walking distances to many restaurants and even walmart, for the most part we cook at the apartment.
Very recommended!!! We are thinking of going back next year"
