The condo was nice enough and clean. Some of the furniture is different and not as nice as what’s in the pictures. This unit is managed by a firm and they couldn’t give specific information about the unit. Plenty of parking in the deck across the street. The rain caused puddles by the elevators and common areas which was a pain. Lots of amenities! And the chair service (no umbrellas) was nice for the 2 hours with no rain. Lots of fees tacked on, but still not a bad price.

My family of 5 enjoyed the condo the last full week in July. Everyone had their own space and we were all comfortable in the 4th floor space. Pool was great (cleaned daily)! Beach was awesome, especially the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely visit Ocean Villa again!

Our stay was amazing and the property is the perfect location. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. Dust on the headboards of the beds, moldy interior shower curtains, dirty appliances and dishes.

We have stayed at 3 other resorts in the area. The elevators were always such a pain. Not here very quick. (We always come around the same time) the unit was clean no issues ( just a few minor things paper towel in the garbage disposal, used wash cloth still in the shower) next time I will choose a little higher floor.for a better view.

What a pleasant trip! Condo was just the perfect size for the three of us but could have added a few more if needed. First impression set the tone. This condo was freshly cleaned and smelled delightful. Never waited on elevators. Beach attendants were kind. We will definitely stay here again! Can’t say enough great things.

Great property right on the water. The only small issue we had was cleanliness. A few stains on sheets, air fryer wasn’t clean upon arrival, mold in the washer. Overall, very minor inconveniences. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The unit was clean and the elevators were a breeze! Having 3 elevators really helped and we hardly ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Parking was also a plus. We did have to park across the road once but we were able to use the walk across to the 3rd floor and then ride up just one more to our floor. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others. Very pleased with the location and the room!

The listing matches the actual property. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 children. The location is perfect- few steps from the beach or pool, quick drive to Wonderworks; Walmart; Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and you can grab a quick bite to eat across the street, and traffic was manageable, as well as parking. Most importantly, we felt safe. Be Ready To Be Wowed!

The views from the balcony were amazing! Beds were comfortable and the beach was perfect. Parking in the garage is very tight so if you can't park straight you may want to park across the street in the covered parking which has a walkway to the condo. This was the perfect location!

Absolutely loved the condo and the location/accommodations. Parking could get a little hectic the later you arrived back at hotel, but overall it was a 5star stay. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hours of the jacuzzi/pool area.

Our group was me, wife and adult son and gf. Prop was clean, and all in working order. Patio door handle had issue i reported and was repaired quickly. We were not too high making trips to beach quick and easy. Walmart and restaurants nearby. Walked to bars on evening. The Liq was cozy and friendly .. can play music you want using app. Coyote Ugly close larger. Sunrise Cafe across street for breakfast and Daquiri Shack was avail daily visit. We did hv a bed with dirty sheets but prop manager contacted and replaced next day. Patio is large - great view - patio furniture was not exceptional but nice and perfect for us. TV is “smart” tv we were able to use our hulu and netflix. Parking covered in building or across street with covered walkway. we used both. Overall great trip and recommended.

The condo was everything we hope it would be. Everything was clean (as a matter of fact we tried to come in early but couch was being steamed). The location was great - close to restaurants but the beach wasn't super crowded. The elevators were timely - no long waits. Overall it was a great experience!

This was our first time staying at Ocean Villas and it was awesome! The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. Seriously best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. This hotel was smaller than most so their was never an issue with elevators and the pool was never crowded. There’s a cafe right across the street with amazing food and coffee. We will definitely be back!!

I love how the property was very spacious, especially the balcony which is where we spent most of our time. My almost 2 year old loved playing on the balcony. Everything seemed very clean and the interior gave you comfortable beach vibes. The view was perfect! The only complaint I have is that the description does not explain parking at all. Before booking I asked about the parking and was told that there is no onsite parking and that there are plenty of public parking garages around. They even told me roughly how much the parking lots cost daily. I was okay with it but when we arrived, (after a really long drive) we saw there was a parking garage dedicated for the building but of course we didn’t know anything about the parking passes so we had to call about it. It’s just something people should know ahead of time and made our arrival very hectic.

My dad had never seen the gulf nor has he ever been this far south. He’s 76 and absolutely loved his first and quite possibly last trip to see the ocean and gulf sides of Florida! It was an amazingly eventful trip and the condo was just as beautiful as pictured. Would definitely stay again.
