"Family vacation - The location is great! We were able to walk to several places. Condo was very clean. View was amazing. We did have one issue. I contacted management and they acted on it super quick. Probably the most responsive support I have ever seen. They seemed very genuine and corrected the issue in less than 12 hours.(call was made late one night). I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend!!"

"Great Condo! - Stayed here the last week in March and it was perfectly located for our family of four. I was worried about spring breakers and the potential for a rowdy crowd but it is far enough away that you can find peace and quiet yet close enough to join in any fun if you want to. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were also super comfortable! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back soon."

"Great location and amenities - Could not have asked for a better location! Was pleased with the condo - it was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The patio was enormous with lots of seating. We liked the fact there was a washer dryer in the unit. There were two pools, one was consistently cold the other was a great temperature. There was also a hot tub outdoors. Easy private access to the beach and covered parking was available. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. No complaints!"

"This condo is breathtaking for sure! The views and sunsets were gorgeous. It was clean and had everything we needed or wanted during our stay. Pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s close to restaurants and bars (if you’re into that kind of thing which I am not) it wasn’t to far from anything whether your driving or walking. People were respectful of the social distances and wearing masks so we always felt safe. It was very relaxing and just what I needed to make my 40th birthday special even during a pandemic."

"We have stayed at several places on Panama City Beach’s Front Beach Road and this was by far the best and our absolute favorite. The decor is just as seen in the pictures and it makes for a perfect beach experience. The balcony is quite large with a table that sits 6 and 2 cushioned loungers and yet there’s still plenty of room to walk around. The view is breathtaking. There are little extras that aren’t mentioned in the property detail...the bed in the master bedroom has a remote control adjustable bed and we took full advantage of it while being lazy and watching tv. It also has a cooling mattress cover in it...we have the same one at home so we recognized it immediately. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, pot or pan that you’d ever need...we made pizza one night and there was even a pizza pan for us to use. The place was extremely clean...we know housekeeping takes great care of these condos cause we could literally hear them scrubbing tubs and running the vacuum for a lonnnnng time next door to us one morning. It didn’t bother us but should be noted that the time they took cleaning was impressive....I doubt it was because it was filthy just because a very foo-foo-fancy elderly couple had been staying there. Lol. The only negative thing we could think of was the elevators. Omg they smelled so bad. I have 3 cats and they all smelled like the cat litter I use. But with a stagnant damp odor added in. It was enough to make our stomachs turn. The best we could figure was there was some sort of fragrance something or other placed somewhere where it couldn’t be seen and it was just horrible. The pools and hot tub were great and kept clean...we spent time in the sauna as well and it was very relaxing. The important things, such as comfort, cleanliness, view, ease of check-in, amenities and decor were all over the top....of we could give more stars we def would. Husband and I both agree this is the place we want to return to every time we come to the beach...we usually like to stay different places just for the fun of it but we loved this place enough to be hooked! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!"

"We will be back next year!! - This home away from home was perfect! The decor was beautiful done! A few people in other reviews stated that the kitchen faucet was broken and it isn’t. You have to replace the extended part back to the faucet and turn it clockwise and it will stay. We could not get the tv in the living room to go to normal cable channels, it stayed on TV Plus. We didn’t watch much tv so it didn’t matter to us. We had the best girls week and are already planning a trip down to PCB next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!"

"Nice Condo - We enjoyed staying at Ocean Villa 802. The condo was decorated like a showroom. I loved all the furniture and decor selections including the balcony furniture. I also loved the huge balcony. The only complaints was that the dishwasher doesn't clean very well. I ended up hand washing most of our things. Also, the kitchen faucet sprayer wouldn't stay in it's cradle. On the way down we were supposed to be texted a code to get into our room 30 minutes before check-in. That' didn't happen. I had to call to get the code but it was remedied quickly but it did cause me to worry for a bit that something had gone wrong. There also needs to be some instructions on how the door locks and unlocks. There is a learning curve. It took us a bit to figure it out as we were trying to leave and didn't want to leave the condo unlocked while we were gone. It's easy once you know how but the how was our hold up. We finally figured that out and all was good. Otherwise, a great condo. I would definitely stay there again. When they say check out is at 10am expect the housekeeper to knock on your door at 9am so be ready early."
