With a king-size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, two twins over full bunk beds in the third, this house sleeps 10. This lovely home is completely renovated with a gorgeous kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, a grill outside, a beautiful wrap-around porch, and is only a few steps down from the community pool! There's plenty of parking for 2 vehicles, a grill, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make memories of a lifetime at Our Summer House!
This house is located in charming Crystal Beach, which is a Seaside-like development in Destin. The highly desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping and is maintained in pristine condition. Our Summer House is on a private street and there are only 60 houses in the neighborhood.

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates - Snowbird Season runs from January to February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Jan-Feb is $2550 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is also just down the road!
It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 300 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"The photos don't do this justice! The house was very nice, bright and clean! The neighborhood was really cute too and the pool was super close to the house. FYI: the pool code changes weekly. It was close to the beach but if you have little ones or like to take a lot of things to the beach, you might want to consider a beach wagon or maybe a golf cart. We walked it multiple times per day with no problems tho. Also, Camille's beachfront cafe (you'll walk right past it on the way to the beach) has awesome food and drinks! We'd definitely stay again!"
