With a king-size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, two twins over full bunk beds in the third, this house sleeps 10. This lovely home is completely renovated with a gorgeous kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, a grill outside, a beautiful wrap-around porch, and is only a few steps down from the community pool! There's plenty of parking for 2 vehicles, a grill, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make memories of a lifetime at Our Summer House!

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is also just down the road!
It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 300 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"First, RealJoy was a great host. We called with a few questions during our stay and they answered the phone, were responsive, and spoke and treated us like valued guests. Second, the home was a great value in a great location close to the beach. The neighborhood was quaint, clean, nice, quiet, well manicured, and friendly. Third, the home was perfect for our family of four. We cooked breakfast each day and walked to the beach. I would recommend this property, and recommend RealJoy as a quality host with outstanding customer service."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It housed 5 adults, 2 kids and a teen beautifully! Plenty of room. The extra large closet on the master was wonderful! Tons of storage. We loved being close to the pool, only 4 houses down! We spent many evenings on the wrap around porch watching the kids play. Everyone around was so friendly! its a short 5 minute drive to the beach. lots of places to park and access the beach! the walk is long if you have little kids, but the bigger kids did great! Walmart and Publix, restaurants, and gift shops very close! plenty of towels and storage. very clean and accessible!!! May bring some extra blankets, it stays cool in there! No problems with the AC or beating the Florida heat. had all kitchen basics like pots and pans, few baking dishes, 2 hand towels and dishcloths. no salt and pepper or dish soap and sponge, but other than that found everything we needed! We would love to come back when visiting the area again."

"If you are looking for a serene location with great access to Destin beaches and shops, this is the place for you! My family and I had an amazing time here. We could easily walk to the beach and enjoy all the Emerald Coast opportunities. Real Joy was great at communicating and we had absolutely no problems. "The photos don't do this justice! The house was very nice, bright and clean! The neighborhood was really cute too and the pool was super close to the house. FYI: the pool code changes weekly. It was close to the beach but if you have little ones or like to take a lot of things to the beach, you might want to consider a beach wagon or maybe a golf cart. We walked it multiple times per day with no problems tho. Also, Camille's beachfront cafe (you'll walk right past it on the way to the beach) has awesome food and drinks! We'd definitely stay again!"
