"Great place for families - My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 kids (8-10) this October. The unit was very nice and had plenty of room for us. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was beautiful. It was a little cooler our last few days so it was nice to have the options of the heated pool and the hot tub. The music at the pool bar was great and we spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony listening to the music. It was convenient to have a restaurant/bar and coffee shop on the property. A short walk to The Candymaker and The Back Porch which we visited multiple times."

"Family Friendly - This property had so much to offer for adults and kids. The pool was large and the hot tubs limited access for kids. The restaurant was very handy. They also offered a nice park and basketball/tennis courts. The location was ideal as it was only a couple of blocks to the beach."

"Loved our visit! - We loved this rental- so clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Great location and lots of great amenities on site! We also had great communication from the host!
The only complaint we have is the big lagoon pool is not heated so we couldn’t swim in it at all - we did get to enjoy the small heated pool and hot tubs though!"

"Our Stay - My husband, 4 year old twins, and I stayed in this condo for a week for the girls’ birthday. We loved the pools and the outside hang out areas. The good vibes bar was awesome. We had our kids there and it was so kid friendly. The restaurant and coffee bar was also awesome. Location was the perfect distance from everything! Only complaint we have is that I think the cleaners may have forgot to sweep and mop the floors prior to our arrival because our socks and feet were black everyday!"

"Perfect Destin location - Excellent location. Children really enjoyed the pools. The hot tub broke, but they fixed it right away so it was only out of commission for one day. My husband and I enjoyed eating on the patio. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent location to the beach and restaurants. The shuttle to the beach was not really clear about how it worked, so we just opted to drive. But, this unit is very close to the parking garage, so that was nice. The pullout sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable, so my boys slept on the couches. Thankfully, one is only 8, so he fit on the love seat. If we stayed in this unit again we will bring an air mattress. Clean, but not IMMACULATE. But, I am pretty picky and it met my standards."

"Very friendly staff, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cleanliness in our condo was awesome. - This was a awesome experience, I would consider again. The only thing was the privacy of the hot pool. Your pool area is awesome and love the heated pool for families. As far as the hot tub, their should be a age limit. During our stay there were families together 3 total with 4 kids in the hot tub, some with diapers. I think the hot tub is chill time for adults. There were a couple of adults who felt uncomfortable. The children were swimming around and around and the parents paid no attention. Besides that needing to be looked at, everything was absolutely amazing."

"Relaxing and restful - My husband and I loved our stay at The Palms Resort. I’ve stayed at another location for years while vacating in Destin so I was apprehensive about a change. It was perfect. Super easy access to the beach.( we could have walked) and all the places to eat and shop were minutes away. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was huge. The night life there was fun and we really enjoyed our stay!!"

"Great for a family with a toddler - This property is not for two couples. Although there are two bedrooms and bathrooms, the second bedroom is the size of a full sized bed. My three year old loved the room and the bed was perfect for her since there were walls on three sides of the bed. The pool was perfect and the pizza that can be purchased at the pool side restaurant made dinner super easy."

"2019 fun in the sun! - Great place and realjoy was wonderful to work with. Condo was clean and everything was as said. The only thing I would add is to put on list for check out where to leave the key card and bracelets. We left very early in morning and the was a little confusion what to do. As there was no one there to ask. But I did call the realjoy number and they were able to assist. Thanks again for a great week!"

"Well maintained and clean atmosphere. Friendly staff - I wish the pool hours would have been a little later than 10pm. The pool was always clean and the staff was friendly and always willing to help! Room and condo itself were clean! Close to the ocean and a free shuttle were nice!"
