"Awesome Experience - From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. I was kind of nervous because of what some of the reviews said. But I must say I was blown away. It was very clean. There were no bugs at all,even when we had the doors to the patio open. We had an issue with the tv's email address so I emailed them and they quickly responded and came to fix the issue."

"Perfect but only one issue - The place was great! No complaints except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It’s so broke down you lay in a hole with a hump in the middle rolling you to the edge.. but if you can sleep on that old broke Down mattress you will have an Amazing time!"

"Great condo! - My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 days. The location is perfect and the on-site amenities were fabulous. The pool is lavish and offered tons of relaxation to our stay. The public beach access is across the street and had plenty of parking for private vehicles if you didn’t take the resort shuttle. My only complaint was the smell of the complex and condo. It was freshly painted and possibly freshly exterminated, both leaving a residual smell. Even so, we would definitely stay here again."

"Wedding✈️💅💍👰♂️💕 - We have stayed here before, it’s beautiful and in a wonderful location. The property is well kept, and the pool is amazing. The unit #2611 was clean and had plenty of room. Only problems were, the dishwasher didn’t work, and the picture tube in small room was out. But we were there for a wedding, so it wasn’t a big problem. Everything else was wonderful, the staff is friendly and very helpful,"

"Great family vacay! - We brought our 5 and 7 year old and this was our first stay at The Palms. We have always stayed on the beach when visiting Destin, so I was a bit nervous about finding good beach access. We found the best access at Henderson Beach State Park and enjoyed every minute!
The Palms is a beautiful resort and the pool is amazing. I wish you could bring drinks into it but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The lounge/bar area is very nice too!
Our room was perfect for us, it had a mildewy smell but that’s common when loving that close to the water. The towel rack in the bathroom will fall off if you pull it out from the wall at all, but we managed and had nothing else negative to say about our stay!
I’m sure we’ll be considering The Palms again in the future for Destin trips, they made everything really easy and fun."

"We loved the space and comfortably setting. We would recommend this and definitely stay there again. Note: the palms bistro food was very bland and we didnt like the breakfast nor the lunch! We paid over $140 for food that we threw majority of it away."

"Excellent Property! Great Location ! - My family and I rented this property over spring break. This was our first trip to Destin. The property was just like the pictures on the website. Very clean--and the perfect size for our family of 4. The second bedroom is very limited in space. It worked out find for our kids but there really isn't anywhere in the bedroom to store a big suitcase and no dresser but again this was not an issue for our kids-just something to be aware of. The resort itself was great-the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though this property isn't right on the beach you have a great view from the balcony and it's very close. It was a very easy drive or walk to the beach ! My kids said this was one of the best places we've stayed! We had a great time and would love to go back again."

"Super clean! Loved the pool area, it’s perfect for smaller children. The location is awesome too! Close to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing, it was nice to see the pool from there. Very spacious, lots of towels and extra linens. Bathrooms were a good size too. Although you can adjust the A/C, we did notice that the bedrooms got a tad bit warmer than we prefer. Overall it was amazing! We had so much fun that we actually extended our vacation by one night!"

"Great Rental - Great rental. Amazing Pool. Pizza from Primed was great as well. Master Bedroom was a little hot with temp regulations (70°F). Property is up to date. Loved having two actual bedrooms. Never could get dishwasher to come on. There isn't a shuttle service to beach in October. Some paperwork states the shuttle still runs in October. Other states it quits in September. Just be aware that you will have to drive to the beach in off seasons."

"Paradise! - This was the perfect place for our family! We had a rainy couple of days to start our week and luckily the condo had all of the comfort of home so that we could cook and entertain the kids. The pool was our favorite!
