"The actual apartment was very nice! It was technically walking distance from the beach, but you had to cross the main road and go down to the other side so we just didn’t even bother. It was centralized to pretty much everything so that was very nice! The coffee shop and restaurant were so cute. Overall we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again with our kiddo."

"Wonderful weekend at The Palms - We loved our weekend at The Palms! The pool area is fabulous and we loved all the games available to play poolside— corn hole, chess, and pool inside the restaurant bar area. It was also wonderful to have the indoor pickle ball court for the rainy Saturday afternoon. It was really great to be able to drive just across the road and park to go to a public beach area. I will say that that area is rather small right across the road. The public access there is not very big, so if you’re looking for a little more room to spread out, you might want to go to Henderson State Park beach area. We chose to drive across the road but you could walk if you didn’t have too much to carry. The condo was just as the pictures I suggested. We had everything we needed, and when we realized that a comforter was missing from one of the bunkbeds all it took was a quick call and they brought it to us which was great. One additionally, nice detail is that the bunkbeds are actually full size beds. Our teenage children were thrilled to have a little more space for sleeping. The view from the balcony is quite lovely. I will say that sometimes the noise of cars on the main drag that is between the condos, and the beach was a little bit loud when sitting on the balcony , but it wasn’t enough to be a significant bother. We had a really great time and we would love to come back sometime."

"This was our first trip to Destin. This condo was incredible! Super comfy beds, nice linen, very modern appliances, and clean! We loved this condo and we will definitely look into renting again when we plan our next trip to Destin. RealJoy was super easy to work with and were quick to respond when we asked to add another day to our reservation. They were very friendly and quick to call the property to let them know that we would be arriving a day early."

"Amazing Resort/Condo with great view! - My family and I stayed 5 days at this resort. The grounds were beautiful especially the pool/restaurant/ bar area which is were we spent the the majority of our time when we were not at the beach or doing other activities. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Our washing machine was not working when we arrived, and the property management team quickly worked to put a new washing machine and dryer in the room the next day. The new dryer however didn’t work for us either. The property management team did leave a nice gift bag in our room the next day with snacks, wine, and a gift card to compensate for the washing machine and dry issue, and they provided free dry cleaning service for us during the remainder of our stay at a nearby cleaning service. Other than this we enjoyed the condo and our stay and would stay here again."

"Great place with Kids - We had a great time staying here! The bunk beds (doubles beds!) with the tv were a perfect place for the kids. Everything looked as pictured other than different colored couches. There were handles and towel bars that fell off but it didn’t bother us and would be an easy fix. We loved the balcony view of the pool and ocean. It was also great not dealing with room keys with the easy access code in the door!"

"Relaxation station - We stayed at the perfect location! The pool was amazing the condo was great in every way. My kids who are 5 and 2 had a blast and even my husband and I had a relaxing stay. The beach was literally across the street which I loved it was easy access. We spent most of our days in the pool from morning to night. The condo was a great place to unwind and was so comfortable for family time. The only thing that was not up to par was the WiFi but if that’s the only thing I’ll take it! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful Condo and Best Pool in Destin - This was our first time staying at the palms, we usually stay in Sandestin but wanted to check out the pool and it did not disappoint. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Nice smart TVs in every room and lots of extra blankets and all the amenities you need. We ended up just driving right down the street to Henderson state park to enjoy the beach instead of taking the shuttle. Worked out really well and was like a mile away. Great proximity to the harbor and other restaurants and activities if you have young kids like us, but then when your back at the pool it's like an oasis. Definitely worth booking, great place for families."

"Wonderful - This condo was great. Plenty enough room for us. Everything was great. The view, the pool and the bar. My daughter was married on Crystal Beach which was 8 minutes from the condo. I would recommend this condo to my friends. And hopefully I can come and stay again!"
