Welcome to Paradise Pete's, where the sun, sand, and sea await you! As you step into our beach oasis, you'll be greeted with warm, open-air vibes and breathtaking views through large windows. The sensational chef's kitchen, complete with a cement center island and extra seating in the adjacent dining area, is perfect for accommodating your entire family.

Paradise Pete's sleeps up to 14 guests, with sleeping arrangements that include 3 King Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 2 Full Beds, and 2 Futons. We even have a queen sofa pull-out for additional sleeping!

On the same level as the kitchen and main living area is the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a wall of windows, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite spa-like bathroom with a standalone tub and shower. The master bedroom even has a futon for extra seating or sleeping arrangements. Elegant hardwood floors flow throughout the home, and a cozy sitting area and 2 spacious guest bedrooms with en-suite baths await you on the third floor.

The ground-level flex space includes a game area, bunk rooms, and a private bath with a stand-up shower, making it the perfect hangout spot for the whole family. We even have a brand new washer and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay!

Sea Pointe is a quaint cul-de-sac consisting of just 9 cottage-style homes in Dune Allen Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. The small community is convenient to Gulf Place Town Center while being just off the beaten path. The community shares a swimming pool and is just a short walk to the serene Oyster Lake which is great for fishing, while Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offers breathtaking trails for hiking and exploring.
