The house was really nice . We loved the pool . The only complaint we have is the neighbors. They played loud music very late and was smoking weed all the time . We was vacationing with our kids and grands. The seal on the master bedroom shower was loose. We will check out more properties hosted by Real Joy- Posted: 7/13/2024

Short walk to the beach, not in the center of all the tourist attractions in PCB. The small pool was perfect for my two school aged daughters and I. Very close to Publix, short walk to Dunkin Donuts. The house was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.- Posted: 5/20/2024

Great house-very clean and comfortable for a family. The management company was super responsive for any issues. Unfortunately we had an issue with the pool heater not working and they worked hard to fix the issue but it was not resolved. We had two small kids so I was hoping to use the pool all week but the water was way too cold. The garage does have beach chairs, sand toys, and coolers for a day at the beach. Real joy lives up to their name! They were a joy to rent from and extremely responsive to all our needs. We had one minor problem with the shower in the master bath which they were there to repair immediately. Pearl Flaming lived up to its promise, and was exactly as advertised in the photos. The property is very well maintained, and every need you might have for a rental was thoughtfully provided with a few little extras thrown in just to make you feel more at home. Very Nice newer home with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation! Short walk to the beach, in a nice safe neighborhood. The privacy was a plus for us; with a private pool and a short distance off the beachfront road; not in the overcrowded congested areas. My family and I loved staying here! Itās perfect for a family of 4. Love the walking distance to the beach. Also if the water gets a little too cold like it was for us enjoy the HEATED pool! It was amazing! We had one issue with the back door alarm but that was only because we didnāt know how to use it ???. I believe the host and keagen showed up to fix the āissueā and simply showed us the correct way ?. It was great! The whole stay was great.- Posted: 4/12/2023

Awesome little getaway
Renting this house out was perfect! It was walking distance to the beach and wedged in the middle of rosemary and Pcb! We picked this particular house for the pool and unfortunately the heating wasnāt working. But the house itself was so nice we werenāt too bummed.
