You'll have plenty of parking in the spacious driveway and you'll love having your morning cup of coffee on the spacious front porch. The bright, white kitchen is a chef's dream with gorgeous granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. The open concept living area has loads of natural light and it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably there's a king bed in the master bedroom, two XL twin beds in the guest bedroom, a twin rollaway bed and a sofa sleeping in the living area. Hop on the 6 seater golf cart and head to the beach and be sure to try all the nearby restaurants. Sunnyside, Florida, is minutes away from both the best of Panama City Beach and Rosemary-Scenic 30A. A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up and coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds, but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Sugar-white sands line the gorgeous Gulf coast, and the area is known for an endless array of activities, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating, and more!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

To the north-west you will find 30A Rosemary. You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town. Named by CNN as one of America’s most romantic small towns, Rosemary Beach does not disappoint. Situated on the east end of 30A, the Old World style town center boasts influences from the West Indies, New Orleans and Charleston. You will find cobblestone streets filled with boutique shops, fine and casual dining, a farmer’s market and sweet shops to enjoy a hand-made soda or milkshake. Another unique feature is the 2.3 miles of interconnected pathways and boardwalks, illuminated at night by gas lanterns. You will love the picturesque green lawn, sugar white beaches and lovely Emerald waters that make this area so famous. And you will love Rosemary Beach.

To the east you will find all the fun an entertainment of Panama City Beach. Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids.
