A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. "Paradise Location! - We were so impressed with everything about our stay! Real Joy is so organized with reminders of check in and check out and you can easily get through to someone if you need assistance! The condo was gorgeous. The view on the 20th floor over the ocean was spectacular! We could see dolphins, stingrays, and occasional shark daily! We loved the easy access to the beach and all the staff at the resort were so friendly. Very clean and appreciated the on-site security. 5-star experience all around!"

"Got engaged on the balcony. Coming back for our wedding! - We had a great time, so much so we got engaged on the balcony and are coming back for our wedding! Tiki bar was fabulous and friendly staff. Only complaint was our balcony latch didn’t work but it was quickly resolved by maintenance the next morning. Sadly we missed enjoying our first sunset when we arrived so hoping it’s working better now!"

"Beautiful condo! - We had a great experience at this resort. We loved the remodeled room and how clean it was there. When we had an issue with the balcony door locks, maintenance came and fixed the door and checked the faucets for us. I loved that they also had a lock for the front door because we have a toddler who can open doors so we felt comfortable having her sleep in the bunk bed at night in the hallway. Thank for you for an awesome experience!"

"Wonderful family vacation - We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, utensils, etc. Our favorite part was breakfast on the patio & seeing the dolphins swim by in the morning! Day 2 we had an issue opening our patio door and our toaster was not working. I texted RealJoy customer service and they sent out a brand new toaster and someone to fix the door within 2 hours of my text. I was very impressed by that! Pelican Beach resort has 3 great pools and a hot tub. The private beach is wonderful and the condo has beach toys + chairs with an umbrella which was great! We ended up reserving chairs through the private agency on the beach our entire stay so we could be up front and close to the water - it is an extra cost, but I highly recommend doing that otherwise you have to set up your own chairs behind the rental chairs. We loved having the beach stuff set up for us right away in the morning anyways and not having to worry about setting up and taking down while we were on vacay. We did not drive or rent a car and we had good luck getting around with Uber’s or a taxi. We will definitely be booking through RealJoys again! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We'll be back! - Having never been to the Emerald Coast i had very high hopes and expectations. I have to say that every single one was exceeded. This property helped facilitate a great trip. Perfect location in Destin with unreal views of the beach and water. Property was clean and well kept. All appliances and utilities worked fine. My girl and I have already started to plan another trip next year! We would highly recommend this property to anyone!"

"First time visiting Destin - We were pleased with the property and location. It was just as described in Vrbo. There seemed to still be sand in the beds but you can expect that being on the beach as the sand follows you everywhere and it’s hard to escape it."

"If you’re looking for a beach front condo this is a great pick for a relative price! It was nice to be right on the beach and have access to pools, hot tub, along with other amenities. You can tell the place has been well loved and used, but overall it was very clean and suited our group well. If you plan to cook you will need to buy the basic necessities, however it didn’t add too much expense. We either walked or were able to Uber/Lyft just about anywhere we needed to as the location is great! Would definitely book again!"

"Great location and view - This property was clean, updated and comfortable. Although we failed to receive the check in information before our arrival, the rental agency was easy to reach and provided the necessary code. Things I wish I had known ahead of time...BYOEverything. Such as books, games, kleenexes, trash bags, coffee filters (basket style), even salt and pepper! Only one hair dryer for the two bathrooms. Also, bring binoculars to watch the dolphins. We loved the view from the top floor."

"Fabulous - We loved the condo. It was very clean and roomy. Everyone in the resort was friendly. Our view of the beach was great. There were four of us. Two adults and two 12 year olds. "Excellent accommodations - This is a great location. Easy access to the beach. The unit is very nice. It sleeps up to 6, but 6 in the living area would be a tight fit. It is perfect for 2 or a family of 4. The a/c went out during our stay. The property management company was easy to reach and it was fixed quickly. I wish I had booked sooner and had 1 or 2 more days at the beach."

"Our stay was great! I couldn’t have asked for more from our host! Everything was taken care of super fast and we checked in and out so easily. The place was very accommodating and we LOVED the showers!!!!!!!!! The only thing that was a surprise to us (which in no way reflected our host) was the private beach area. The resort was very strict on where you could set up your chairs and umbrellas. That wasn’t very accommodating and a little aggravating but this in no way reflects on the unit we stayed in! I can’t say enough good things about that! Loved our trip!"
