Pelican Beach Resort 308 features stunning Gulf Front Views from your private 3rd floor balcony. This beautifully decorated 1BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 and offers a fabulous kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1950 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

*Starting April 10th, the balcony of this unit will be closed for updates. The new gulf front pool and jacuzzi will be closed starting April 10th as well as some common areas that will have some work being completed.

Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect at a luxurious resort! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Pelican Beach Resort is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

"Exemplary Customer Service - The one thing that made our stay at Pelican Beach Resort, 308, Destin, FL, was the RealJoy Vacations staff. There customer service made the week sooooo special. They helped us celebrate our 40th Anniversary with a Key Lime Pie. They fixed many problems with 308. They were sooo pleasant ALL the time. (I taught customer service in college continuing education classes and the RealJoy staff was a model of what I taught.) A BIG THANK YOU TO RealJoy Vacations staff!!!"

"Beautiful location! The condo was clean, the kitchen was updated, and it fit our family of four perfectly. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We had a great time being right on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed having access to food and drink service while enjoying the sunny day. Umbrella and chair rentals are available (and very reasonable), but get taken up quickly. Get there first thing in the morning if you’d like space! The pool isn’t very large. We didn’t go in on our trip since the beach weather was perfect, but it stayed pretty crowded. There was a second indoor pool that we didn’t find until our final night, and it too was smaller. We can’t wait to come back!"
