Area Attractions: 

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from! 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here on 30A.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We loved everything about this house! Very spacious and loved that all the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The house was clean and decorated beachy and cute! We would definitely come back! My only complaint would be to provide beach accessories like a cooler, beach towels, chairs, etc. Every other beach house that we’ve stayed at provided that. Luckily we drove down and knew that we had to bring those items but if someone is flying and can’t take those things, it becomes very expensive to buy all of that for just a vacation. Otherwise, we have zero complaints about this house and will definitely be back!"

"Of all of our stays on 30A, this home was by far our favorite! The layout was perfect for our family of 5, with all the bedrooms being upstairs and a spacious living room with super cozy couches, a reading/game nook with lots of games and puzzles, and a large, dreamy kitchen on the ground floor. The beds are very firm and the pillows pretty flat, but over all very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and the pool area is fantastic! There is currently a lot of construction going on right next door, so we didn’t get to enjoy the AMAZING front porches or back patio - but we will look forward to it on our next stay here! This is our home away from home!"

"It was a wonderful stay and would most definitely recommend. There is a couple of things that need to be addressed though. The gas is empty in the grill. Had to use the community grill. It is very dark at night and our steps are brown. My friend fell down the front steps at the bottom (no alcohol was involved, and front porch light was on). There needs to be more adequate lighting outside when it’s dark. I left a message on the other page about the leak in the house and have spoke to 2 people about it. To my knowledge nothing was done. Water from the tub upstairs leaked all the way through the ceiling."
