This newly updated 2BR/2BA condo, features a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony access, a guest bedroom with a full over full bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Natural dunes engulf the landscape as you walk the sand path to relax on the famous white sandy beaches. Enjoy this prime location for fishing, snorkeling, or watching fireworks from the Destin Harbor. Take advantage of Destin’s Water Taxi for a short ride across the harbor to the Harborwalk Village. Poolside Villas offers secure parking, a large communal pool and barbecue grills for guests to enjoy.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Great place to stay! The condo is as advertised. We were called 2 hours before check-in to let us know we could check in early! That was super exciting. The pool is literally 5 steps away from the entry door. There is a little walk to the beach (over 2 sand dunes) so I do not recommend a beach cart. However, the beach area is perfect for snorkeling especially against the rock wall. It’s a busy beach because of that, and there are about 5 boats that bus people in to snorkel in that area. But, the variety of fish to see made everything worth it. There was a little sand left in the showers and on the floor from the last guest, however, there were vacuums and mops available we used to clean it up. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again very soon."

"I’m glad I booked here, I was a bit concerned, but I hope for the best. I loved the access to the beach. Anywhere there’s umbrellas is considered private area, so it is a little more walking but, not a problem whatsoever. Many boats would come by with Snorkling gear, you will see plenty of of sea life. The water is beautiful. Great stay! Location is great, only 13 min away from Margaritaville."

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was like the pictures . However we had to walk to the public beach access , the beach in front is private for the condos beside it . I also didn’t receive my check in code Before my arrival like they said i would, so i had to call and request it. Overall it was great."

"The condo was as described. It was clean and had plenty of room for my family. The real gem was location location location! It was so nice to just go out back and be in paradise! The proximity to the beach was amazing. We enjoyed our little getaway and were sad to leave!"
