Welcome to Portside P6, a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Nestled within Portside Resort, this townhome has access to loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from a large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. There are sleeping arrangements for 7 people with a queen bedroom bedroom, a twin-over full bunkbed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs. You'll love the balcony on the second floor which is the perfect spot to catch the Florida sunset. Come make Portside P6 your family vacation tradition, the beach it waiting!

** Upon arrival, guests must visit the onsite office area where they will find 2 signs outside. Guests will be required to scan the QR code on one of the signs with their mobile device which will prompt them to register for parking. Parking passes are $40/each. **

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

So you will find sugar-white sands and emerald waters only a short walk away. This complex has 3 community pools on site (one seasonally heated), 3 tennis courts, shuffle board area, hot tub, and a club house.
