"We enjoyed the proximity to the beach above all! The unit was very clean on our arrival. The king mattress is very comfortable. You can hear other tenants on the stairs which is right outside the bedroom, that was a small annoyance for us but something we read in a previous review.
The beach was private, rarely crowded. You can walk directly out the sliding back door and onto the boardwalk/steps to get to the beach. The 2nd and 3rd floor units have to use a side gate (which was not secured during our stay) and walk beside this unit to access the beach. So there was some noise and lack of privacy, the window treatments on that side of the unit could be improved. The bedroom stays very bright and I would have loved blackout curtains on that wall!
There is plenty of parking and the location is between Seaside and Rosemary beach, closer to Rosemary. It took us about 30 mins to bike to Seaside. Publix and restaurants are all a few miles away. We would love to stay here again!"

-you’re on the bottom floor and will be able to hear the tenants above you
-due to vegetation and being on the bottom floor, you can’t see the ocean from the house

"It was nice and clean! We had a great time with a spectacular views of the sunset. Unit is 30 seconds away from the water and it is very comfortable and clean beachfront. Due to the construction design of the building, you will hear your neighbors all the time going up and down on the stairs in your bedroom. Overall it was great and if you are not too sensitive about noise you going to enjoy your stay."

"A week of beach days. - We wanted a week long beach get a way and we got it! Condo was a bit out of date but clean and comfy. The best part was the very short walk down some stairs to access the beach. The beach was a bit crowded the first couple days (Labor Day weekend) but perfect the last 4 days of our stay. Plus the weather was almost perfect as well! Would definitely return to this unit!"

"Last minute stay, great experience - Booked 2 weeks out last minute. Right on the beach and easy access. Management was quick to respond, I’d emailed about the possible hurricane during our stay and they kept us well informed (we missed it by a day—whew). The Keurig machine was missing a K-cup piece so I noticed management asking them where it might be, figuring they would tell me where to look. A few hours later someone shows up with a new machine! I was blown away. Thank you for the stay!"

"Ramsgate #3 - I stayed seven nights with my best friend last week at this condo. The location cannot be beat. Great neighbors, great front yard (the ocean). Great view for a bottom unit. The inside was spacious, clean and had retro furniture. The bed was large and slept well. The shower had great water pressure. This condo was nothing fancy, but if you ever want to sell, call me first! I loved it. homey, clean, just perfect."

"This was an amazing location with quick access to Seaside, Alys beach, and Rosemary, but more importantly we could walk right out the back door and were steps to the beach.
You can see from photos the unit is a little dated, but that doesn’t take away from a 5 star experience!

"This was a great place for my wife and I to visit! Such a perfect spot for a quick getaway for her birthday. The location is perfect, the beach is just a walk down the stairs. We lucked out with amazing weather, too. It’s easy to get to Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach and time go to Seaside/Watercolor. We biked through the towns and walked, as well. A lot of people doing the same. Would recommend for a simple getaway to anyone!"

"Perfect Location - Very nice spot overlooking the Gulf. Glass sliding doors look out to a very peaceful grass area with the Gulf of Mexico behind it. Easy to move in and out by the parking lot, no stairs. Now, there are 39 steps to the beach! I am 75 and have recently had open heart surgery and I LOVE to walk the beach. This was the most incredible exercise I much needed and by the time we left both my husband and I were in better shape and felt great! Don't worry about the stairs they are not bad, have landings and a beautiful beach awaiting you down below! 😀 Can see some updating has been recently done can use a bit more, but then the price is very good."

"Property was in a great location. Could not ask for a better location on the beach. - Really enjoyed staying at Ramsgate 3. The location to the beach was wonderful!! The unit was very clean. The bathroom sink faucet did need some work on it as the pressure coming out was very little probably due to the diffuser being stopped up. Some more beach decor would be a great addition to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!!!"
