Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome perfectly placed at the west end of Front Beach Road, next to Carillon Beach. Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana features new hardwood floors, granite countertops, all updated stainless steel appliances, and 3 flat screen TVs. This beautiful, beachfront townhome sleeps 6 comfortably with two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll also have a laundry area and a half bath on the first floor. Once you step out onto one of the two balconies, you can overlook the emerald waters of the Gulf, the sugar white sands of the beach, and the Ramsgate Harbour pool area, complete with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana is perfect beach getaway spot, with everything you need and nothing you don't!

Ramsgate Harbour is a three story, 66 unit complex, with 550 feet of the most beautiful white sand beaches just off the balconies of the complex. Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high rise condos and Spring Break crowd; but close to some of Florida’s finest restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment options. Bayou Bill’s is right across the street or head east down the beach and try Boars Head, Pineapple Willey’s, Captain Anderson’s or Pier 77. Go West toward Seaside to the Beaches of South Walton (Highway 30A) and choose from Shades, Terrace Restaurant, Bud and Alleys, or The Red Bar. For your shopping pleasure, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a 25 minute drive in San Destin. Pier Park, less than 10 minutes away, offers Dillards, Target, JC Penney, numerous other shops and restaurants, and movie theater. For a taste of “Old Florida”, you have to try Dusty's or Thomas Donuts. For the kids, don’t miss Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, or Zooworld. For your convenience, Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are within walking distance.

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. A trip to shell Island is another fun family adventure, take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State park, visit the Jetties and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful ocean life!

Rosemary Beach is only 3.5 miles away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.

"Overall, our family had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location is perfect - short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store and several dining options close by. This was our first time staying in this area and we loved it! The condo renovation was nice (comfortable beds, nice furniture downstairs) but a few items had some wear and tear. We had trouble with the dishwasher - it didn't work 100% of the time. We contacted the host twice regarding this problem and were told both times they reached out to "property management" about it - however, there was no resolution or repair during our stay. The dryer door didn't stay shut and the washer had mold/foul smell. These things didn't ruin our trip (we had a great time!!) but were inconveniences that could have been avoided with proper maintenance of the unit."

"Great condo at Ramsgate! We love this complex, as the beach is conveniently right in front of the building and is not overpopulated. This condo is great, located on the pool side and with a great ocean view as well. We saw dolphins swimming most days! We have 3 small children, so the stairs are a lot, but totally worth it! I’ve stayed at Ramsgate three times and I’d recommend this condo for sure!"

"We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It has recently been remodeled and is very beautiful. The king bed was very comfortable and the private double vanity bathroom/master balcony was very nice to have. The pool and the ocean are literally footsteps from the condo. We also loved the location, we were 25 minutes from seaside and 10 minutes to the main strip of PCB where Pier Park is, but we were not in the crowded part of PCB. The only thing to make sure you’re aware of is that this unit is on the top floor, meaning you have to walk up quite a few stairs to get there. Highly recommended this place."

"This is a perfect location away from the madness of central Panama City Beach. This is a beachfront property and is very quiet compared to other properties in the area. It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and grocery stores, gas stations, and drug stores. This particular unit is an upper unit, so access starting on the third floor and no elevator, just something to be aware of. The condo is very clean and well furnished, the beds were comfortable. The pool was also very clean and so was the beach. We would definitely stay again. We did have an issue with wifi access the first day and the parking pass was not in the condo, but those issues were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely bring your own beach chairs, they are not supplied with the unit."
