Redfish Village M1222 is a professionally decorated 3 Bedroom + Bunk Room, 3 Bathroom condo equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation! The interior is spacious and open, providing plenty of room for your friends and family. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and new furnishings are prominently displayed throughout the property. The master bedroom features an upgraded king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and double doors that open to the balcony. Additionally, there is one king guest bedroom, one queen guest bedroom, and a bonus bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping a total of 10 guests. Enjoy the private, furnished balcony where you can relax and listen to the Gulf breeze through the leaves of the surrounding palm trees. Take advantage of all the wonderful amenities Redfish Village has to offer, take a short walk to the sugar-white sand beaches, or explore nearby dining hotspots! This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Great location and the place was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Had plenty of towels and space to spread out. Great location to walk to the beach and grab some ice cream on the way back from Blue Mountain Creamery. We ate several times at the on site restaurant which was delicious. We did have some issues with getting the correct codes to the pool, lounge / workout facility as well as the beach gate code which took a lot of back and forth phone calls and texts/emails. Once we got that squared away, everything was great! I would definitely stay here again - we loved our time <3- Posted: 7/5/2024

Absolutely beautifully decorated property! In fact we booked again for October. We love that it was one block from the beach, there wasn’t a lot of traffic, the pool was clean, warm, and big, and redfish taco had awesome bands every night. My only suggestion would be more tools and utensils in the kitchen. There were some missing or not working well- Posted: 7/1/2024

Summer Vacay
Redfish facility was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was very nice. The tub faucet in master bath was out of service when we arrived. However, we would not have used it anyway. Otherwise everything else was in working condition and well maintained. The only problem we encountered was that the code to the beach didn’t work and the manager of the property never returned our request for a working code. Instead we obtained a code from another guest. This is our second time at Redfish. The only other complaint was the crowded beach and the number of rental umbrellas that were put up without people using them making space VERY limited for private umbrella placement.- Posted: 6/21/2024

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The spaces were clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice and it was walking distance to some of the hot spots in blue mountain beach.
