**Regency Towers charges a $40 fee upon check-in at registration. **This will provide you with 1 parking pass and wristbands for your guest. You may purchase additional parking passes for $15 each. The passes will be issued by the security gate.
*Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two-bedroom units and 3 or 4-bedroom units receiving 3 maximums. When we reach 70% (+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of the condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be visible at all times. *

The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room for a family of 7! Was very clean except under the couch when we pulled out the couch bed and the sheet on the king bed had a big stain but overall it was very clean. Air conditioner worked great and washer and dryer was great. Couch and chairs were very comfortable. I would suggest black out curtains for bedrooms as it is pretty bright in the morning. The heated pool was nice in the evening and the other pool was nice in the heat of the day. Kiddie pool is perfect for the littles. The grill food was great for the price! The drinks at the bar were awesome and the bartenders were great! The free chairs and umbrella by the beach was nice and the guys at the beach shack made sure we were always nice and comfortable. Parking was always easy to find and we had two cars. Elevators, like any condo, were kinda slow so be prepared to wait. Security at the pool made sure everything ran nice and safe and kept great control of unruly kids!- Posted: 6/18/2023

Staying at the Regency Towers condo #1320 was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony right off the ocean. We dipped into the heated pool and relaxed in their jacuzzi. It was an ideal place to celebrate my husband's birthday, just us two.??????- Posted: 4/16/2023

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Check in and checkout was so easy. The place looked exactly as pictured and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Not only is the room fabulous, but the hotel itself had so much to offer. They had karaoke, outdoor movies, and bingo down by the pool. I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort.
