Find your way to peace and quiet at Rest-A-While 201, a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo with stunning Gulf views from your spacious balcony. Step through the front door to be greeted by beautiful décor and a spacious open floor plan. The living area boasts a large flat-screen and plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The chef in your group will love the stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar in the kitchen. The king master suite contains a spacious king bed, a sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted spa tub as well as a walk in shower. This condo sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with king and queen guest bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will also find a washer/dryer and parking for up to 4 cars (2 in garage) for your convenience. Take a seat on your spacious balcony or make the short walk to the beach, whatever you decide to do Rest-A-While 201 will show you why it puts the "rest" into rest and relaxation!
Located in a central part of Panama City Beach, Vista del Mar I is a 4-plex with amazing gulf views, right across the street from the beach! Beach Access #46 is approximately 50ft from this complex and allows for easy trips to the sugar white sand beach. As a small 4-unit complex, Vista del Mar I allows for the quite relaxation that may be harder to achieve at a larger complex.
Rest-A-While 201 is located on the 2nd floor of the 4-plex. For groups that need additional sleeping arrangements, both BEST Day 202 (2nd floor) and Ocean Overlook 302 (3rd floor), located in the same 4-plex, can also be rented.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

"Nice location and very convenient to the beach. - Easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family.
Washing machine seems to be dated and needs to be replaced. It was very noisy and did not ring the water out of the towels good. This made it hard to get towels washed and dried in a timely manner. The only other complaint we had was the garbage  disposal in the sink had a very bad odor that smelled when we ran the water in the kitchen sink."

"Spacious Unit, Ocean View - The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of room for multiple people. Easy beach access. Heads up that the unit is upstairs but an elevator is available for anyone disabled. The garage is big and can accommodate 3 cars if needed. Plenty of beach stuff like beach chairs, floats, a wagon to carry stuff to beach. There is also a bbq grill and kayak with paddles. Great coffee house about 800 ft down the road called The Pour. Yummy everything! Only thing that surprised me, and my family is that the unit is located right next to a store called “Condom Knowledge.” Nothing negative to report, just a bit awkward. Also, the unit fronts a busy street, which must be crossed to get to beach entry. All in all, enjoyable visit."

"AirBNB house was great! Very spacious, looked just like the pictures. Was given the wrong code for check in but called their office and they gave us correct code right away. Beach access is very close by just have to cross street. House was very well equipped with utensils, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. Even had wagon for beach, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, and a grill. Also we had AC issues but technician fixed it same day. Loved it thanks again for a great vacation home!!"

"The living space was nicely decorated and had great amenities. We enjoyed being able to walk down the hall or be in the kitchen or living room and look out the open windows at the water...great view. I was disappointed that the advertised garage space was not in working order and was cluttered with tools and paint cans. "It was great! - The condo was great and had so much space! It was also located in a nice spot... we never had to travel far to get anywhere.
The only bad thing was that there was a little ant problem, nothing too bad. We sprayed the ant spray that was under the sink and after that, there were only a couple seen for the remaining days of our trip.
Overall I highly recommend this property!"
